This home offers a spacious layout with new appliances, a memory foam queen bed, a sofa bed, and a minisplit for heating & cooling. Enjoy a 50-inch smart TV, free Peacock TV premium, keyless entry, and board games.

Full access to the entire studio, including a private entrance, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. A dedicated parking space is provided, with additional street parking available.

My co-host and I are very responsive through VRBO messages, typically replying almost immediately and at most within an hour. We’re here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, so feel free to reach out anytime!

Strict quiet hours from 10PM - 9AM are enforced: no laundry, no loud noise.
No parties. No smoking or vaping inside. $500 fee for any violation.
The unit is fully private with its own entrance and amenities, and is part of a home with two other separate units. Please note that while we have quiet hours in place, some noise is still expected due to the nature of a shared building.
