Upon entering the home, there is a laundry room on your right and stairs on your left that lead to an upstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Make your way through the foyer to a large, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. There are four bedrooms (two kings and two queens) and two bathrooms on this floor. Step out onto the screened-in, covered porch with ample seating and breathe in the salty sea air as you soak in stunning waterfront marsh views.

Take the stairs or the chair lift down to the ground floor, which offers every amenity you can imagine! Relax in one of the rocking chairs or gather with loved ones for a crab feast using the provided crab traps. As the sun sets, challenge friends and family to a game of pool, grill up your fresh catch on the charcoal grill, or gather around the fire pit for roasting marshmallows under the stars. No need to go far, there is an ice machine and a full bathroom in the garage for your convenience!

Entertainment continues with a picnic table for games or dining and a plethora of outdoor activities including kayaking with the provided 4 kayaks and paddles, a game of corn hole, or a friendly match of ping pong. Boating enthusiasts will delight in the dock, which can accommodate a 28-30’ boat. And for added safety and enjoyment, 4 life jackets are provided for your convenience.

Looking for day trip options? There are many quaint shops and delicious restaurants serving local caught seafood at the local restaurants in Darien. Other options include exploring Fort King George or taking the ferry boat ride across Doboy Sound to spend a day exploring Sapelo Island. We are located only about a mile from their dock! This home is also only 45 minutes away from the local beaches on St. Simons Island & Jekyll Island.
