Beautiful and Impeccable Home

Owner's pride evident throughout the house and upon entering felt right at home. Fresh sheets and comfy beds, open the back door for morning sunrise and birds chirping, walking distance to track and state park. Highly recommend.

Hi there! Welcome to my home. I'm originally from Rochester, NY but have spent the years after finishing college in the greater NYC area. About 2-1/2 years ago, my job brought me up to Saratoga Springs for what I thought was a short-term assignment. I didn't realize how much of an "Upstater" I still was at heart and settled in very quickly. And here I am now, a homeowner!

What makes this property unique

This house was custom built so I was able to pick out all the finishes. I like to think of it as sophisticated but warm and cozy. A place where you can put your feet up and watch a movie or have a lovely dinner party with good friends. Mi case es su casa!
