Awesome place! Great location to explore Lexington and really close to Rupp Arena, etc. Cute house in quiet neighborhood and a great place for your group to have a good time with the downstairs hang-out space, open kitchen with bar, etc. Would recommend for sure!

Great home and solid communication with host. We had a slight draining problem with the kitchen sink and they had it fixed promptly. This was a perfect place for 2 teenage kids that wanted their own space in the basement

Very fun 1970's retro styled house. Me and my 3 daugthers stayed. Plenty of room. We played board games and watched movies on all of the very large screen tv's. The host was easy to contact and very responsive.

This is a great place for anyone to stay! Families would love, same with friends/ couples. Came formedical purposes sev. Times. This was by far our favorite place to stay. It was so nice to have so much space to be cozy in. We felt beyond safe and everything was close enough to walk to and from if needed/wanted. Beds were super comfortable; rooms were large and the whole house felt vibrant and awake due to the color schemes/decor. Kitchen was large and spacious, we had almost everything we could have needed to cook scrumptious meals. We did go to dollar store to get some glass jars for storage, but that was simply preference and for our own ease. Back and front yards were so quiet and peaceful. Lots of sun and shade for whatever your preference is. Bath /shower were great from pampering ... we only wished for a detachable shower head to help clean bath before afterwards. I ended up having back/shoulder surgery while in town. was beyond comfortable no matter where I chose to hang out. Loved having the basement area hanging chair for when it was too hot, or just to watch TV, or room or living room! Neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. Randy was a gracious host, excellent communication and very accommodating ! He doordashed me a hairdryer when i realized theirs had been taken by past guests! He also allowed for late checkout for our evening flight, which made a world of a difference considering my surgery. Thanks definitely staying again!

Convenient location, cute, retro house. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked and appointed.Only thing they forgot, was a sponge to use in the kitchen.Nice little basement with game room and extra beds.Would most definitely stay again.Owners are highly responsive and interactive.
