Luxury Beach Views for a Discount Rate!
Second Floor Condo on top of a terraced hill has the best views in the whole Surfside 4 complex. This is our Home when we are in California and has been given so much TLC! Every evening you sit on our oversized balcony to watch the sunsets, long views of the ocean horizon, and the best surf reports by just looking out your window, while enjoying all the creature comforts of luxury inside for your days and evenings. All modern stylings remodeled through in the last few years, with the Master Bathroom just remodeled in 2024.
Directly across the street from the Port Hueneme pier (and best fish and chips in the county at Surfside Seafood!) and the secluded and hardly known surfing beach of Port Hueneme. Perfect for long runs, walks, or getting in the water to surf, body board, or swim!
