About this property

Peacefull waterfront 3/2, gulf access, Mason creek, fish cleaning station!

This beautiful home is handcrafted by its owner with a wrap around porch, fish cleaning station, a dock that can fit a 20 foot boat, along wih a hose to rinse off your catch of the day and vessel ! 6 people MAX can fit in this house, we have 3 bedrooms as follows:
1) Queen master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom
2) Trundle bed ( two twins)
3) Full bed
This house comes with 2 single kayakes and 2 double kayakes, (we also provide the paddle and life jackets:). Full kitchen, washer, dryer, beautiful dining area along with a leisure wrap around porch for relaxiation in the evening.
There is a bridge, if you DO NOT have a hinged T-top or a collapsing T-top your boat will not fit under the bridge especially during high tide. There is a semi-private boat slip that is available as well that is 5 minutes walking distance, min depth of low tide on the river in front of house is 5 FOOT.

Please make sure you bring all trash to the curb even though it may not be trash day

Overall this was a beautiful house to stay in. Minor things that drove us crazy but that’s all: the master shower hose was probably missing a piece cause it leaked everywhere and the master bathtub wouldn’t drain. Still would stay again, they had everything you needed.

Great Fourth of July house on stilts!

This home was amazing!!!! The house itself was gorgeous! Fully stocked with everything you could need! The place is kind of off the beaten path but still so close to sooooo many things!!!!! The spring was beautiful!! Boaters, pay attention to the map hanging in the hallway, very helpful!!!!!
