After a long day of play, imagine watching the sky turn bright orange in front of you as the sun dips into the horizon on your expansive deck while entertaining quests with appetizers and refreshing spirits.
It can all happen here!
This expansive floor plan (3,000 sq. ft. approx.) has three bedrooms (fourth optional) all with walk-in closets, the master bedroom located on the main floor has a king sized bed with attached bath and Jacuzzi. Upstairs there is a second living area, two bedrooms (recently replaced the twins) with queen sized beds and one bath. Both bathrooms have double sinks and there is a half bath for guests and one full bath located off the recreation room on the lower level. (3 levels)

We started our family while living on a boat in Southold Bay and decided to build this house in 2006. We are a family with two active kids enjoying biking, tennis at the school, all the water sports including the sailing program at the yacht club (memberships available). We like the pace summer brings which can have long days of activities then relaxing on the deck afterwards maybe one of the kids playing the piano in the background.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location! Located across one of Southold's popular beaches yet far enough away for alone time. Enjoy Southold town's shops, quaint restaurants, wineries and historic sites. Also, Greenport's maritime village is 5 miles east where you can board a ferry to Shelter Island or the Hamptons if you wish.

What makes this property unique

Southold is centerally located on the North Fork which eases the long lines of traffic more common in Riverhead west or the Hamptons out east. We have a local grocery store and butcher's shop in town with a wine store across the street for any provisions you may need.
