Clean exceptionally nice home, family and pet friendly. The game room was great! Reasonably priced, definitely would stay again! Communication with host was very prompt and polite.
Truly a beautiful home in a great location! We met up with family from multiple states to explore CO and catch up. Easy highway access to visit Pike's Peake, Garden of the Gods, Zoo and more.
Amazing house with amazing amenities. Plenty of room for entire wedding party and activities for downtime for our daughters wedding. Would definitely rent again for a large group gathering in Colorado Springs area
I HIGHLY recommend staying here! Wish we had more days. The house is beautiful and we felt right at home. Very clean and the little extras (coffee, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, toothbrushes etc) are an appreciated nice touch. Family enjoyed the pickleball!
Beautiful home with great space indoors & outdoors. Lots of space for parking. Very clean with comfortable beds. Easy communication with host. I had to reach out about a few minor things and had a quick response and resolution. We saw a lot of deer and one family member even saw a bear on neighbor’s front porch late at night (trying to get at bird & hummingbird feeder). Appreciated the Blackstone cooktop/grill as we use the same at our house! Loved the outdoor seating area especially in the evening. We just wished the quiet hours were later as we would have loved to stay outside later (we didn’t so we didn’t risk being too loud talking/laughing). We never used the hot tub as it was so hot, but did use the game room, which was fun. Was close enough ( 30- 40 minutes) to Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods. 15 minutes from house is the Mining Museum, so we checked that out even though it wasn’t on our agenda & really enjoyed it. Also did the US Olympic Museum, which we would recommend. Would definitely stay here again!
Amazing AND Fabulous Family, Friend Group or Reunion home
Oh my gosh—we loved every minute of it. It was perfect for Weddings at Spruce Mountain for family groups staying together. There was plenty of room and more than enough to do to keep all of us entertained! Some extended family stayed at home while we attended back-and-forth with wedding plans, prep, and wedding day. The property is outstanding!
This was an almost perfect spot for us to host our first family reunion! Positives: -Extremely kind host and super easy to communicate with-Pickleball in driveway-Hot tub was awesome-Game room provided a ton of fun-Plenty of silverware, plates, cups, bath towels and hand towels for bathrooms-Location-Driveway/Parking-Large kitchen table-We got to have our dogs with us!Not so Great:-Only 10 rolls of toilet paper-Only 2 rolls cheap paper towel-Only two kitchen hand towels-Terrible pots and pans -Oven racks are jacked up-Propane ran out on BBQ during our first attempt to grill - had to finish on stove top-No tin foil, zip lock bags or saran wrap provided -TV in Master didn’t work - I had to provide new batteries in the tv remote for it to work-No batteries in remote for the TV in the kitchen-No AC, just portable coolers and a whole house fan hot house-Filthy dirty whole house fan vent (my husband vacuumed).-Extra rude neighbor. Watched us play pickleball for about an hour then told us it was quiet time at 8:32 PM - when my brother kindly old him we were wrapping it up our last pickleball game he said “You do that!”. So not necessary… but Kara apologized for his rudeness.-The check in door code didn’t work. Luckily we were able to get in through the garage because it took a few hours to hear back and get the door codes fixed.Even though there are a lot of not so positive things, we truly had a great time at this home due to all of the positives!
We enjoyed a quiet weekend with extended family, the rooms were set up for us perfectlyTo accommodate our young kids and adults. We really enjoy the ambience and the quiet of the neighborhood while we were enjoying the outdoor fire pit at night. Easy access to I25 and all that the area had to offer.
Had an amazing stay! Beautiful house, lots of amenities and small touches from the host that really enhanced our stay. Great location for our wedding party to stay in relation to Spruce Mountain Ranch. Would highly recommend!
We stayed at this property with 3 families for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone room to relax and enjoy time together. It made the whole wedding weekend even more special having everyone under one roof. It was also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend it for and group stay or family gathering.
