Old Estate house built more than a hundred years ago, fantastic ocean views! Few steps from the beach.

Hidden gem house built over a hundred years ago with original woodwork with modern amenities. Garden with out side deck and shower.

To enjoy suburban NY community with active beach life, day and night, restaurants, live music, with magnificent access to the city via ferry or highway.

First season, house will be fully furnished prior to arrival, open for requests by first guest!
