While we welcome families, please consider the property’s features. It’s not childproofed, and outdoor areas have uneven terrain and water access. Children should never be left unattended. Should you choose to stay with us, we provide:

✦ SEPTIC CARE: Refrain from putting anything down the toilet or the drain you shouldn't. For your convenience, signs are in the home listing items you should not put down the drain.
✦ SMOKING/PETS: This home is surrounded by a wood deck and marsh forest vulnerable to catching fire easily. We ask that you refrain from smoking anywhere on the property. There is a $250 fee for smoking or bringing a pet onto the property.
✦ PARTIES/NOISE: Being a relaxing and natural setting this is not the ideal place for a party or being loud. Should you have a party or any noise complaints you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund for the rest of your stay.

✦ The front deck has steps on both ends leading to the main entrance.
✦ Inside, everything is conveniently located on one floor.
✦ Be aware of uneven sections of terrain on the property.
✦ The unfenced waterfront slough is accessible to all, including small children.
✦ Water from the river tides occasionally creates slippery spots in the backyard.
✦ During summer, the majority of the backyard grass remains dry—ideal for playing, yoga and yard games.
✦ When exploring the river slough’s edge, wear boots and watch your step.
