We loved this house! Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, clean and all the tools and appliances needed to have a comfortable stay. We loved the private driveway vs street parking. Close to all the universities and downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable home to stay at! Well stocked with dishes and kitchen gadgets. Great communication from the host throughout booking and our stay. Easy check in/out. Would recommend to others looking!Note that if you're staying here or anywhere in the vicinity of downtown Dubuque, train horns are a thing throughout the night. Not super loud here but if you're a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs.

The property was exactly as described. Extremely clean home with everything that you could possibly need. The neighborhood is so quiet. I think I saw maybe two people the whole time we were there. Location is perfect whether you want to go to the museum the Arboretum or just go downtown everything was close by

We stayed here for a quick girls’ trip, and it was perfect! The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great — close to several fun activities and venues in Dubuque. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This house iwas great! Check in and out were easy! The beds were comfortable and there were ceiling fans in all the bedrooms! Kitchen well stocked with the essentials. The bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of towels available for use! Quiet neighborhood and parking was easy, we fit 2 cars in the driveway and there were also 2 parking passes if needed for street parking! I would highly recommend staying at this house if you ever need a place to stay while in Dubuque!

A beautifully quaint property with extremly thoughtful owners. The neighborhood is in a great location and there is plenty of room for your family. Will choose to stay again when in the area.
