2/1 Canal Front duplex in Key Colony Beach, Cabana Club Access

Welcome to the Conch Cottage! Come stay at our cozy home in Key Colony Beach, FL. Our piece of paradise is a 2/1 canal front duplex on 5th street, which means the Cabana Club and Havana Jacks is a 3-minute walk away.
There is a great outside space with a fenced yard and massive tiki hut, with plenty of comfortable seating. You will be able to watch all the wildlife as you sip your morning coffee overlooking the canal as the breeze rolls through. There is a dock that you can fish from, but it is not available for (boat) use. There is a full-size gas grill and freezer for use as well.
Inside there are two bedrooms, king and queen beds, with all newer mattresses, pillows and linens. Enjoy the deep cozy couch with cool, crisp a/c and high-speed internet. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo and there is a full-size washer and dryer for exclusive use on the property. There are two dedicated parking spots at the front of the residence as well.
With your rental you will have access to The Cabana Club which has a sand beach (with chairs), a temperature-controlled pool, full bar and food service.
This home is managed by us, the owners, Brian and Jessica. Our hope is to find return guests who love and care for our home the way we do. We want to feel like we are sharing our home with friends. Please message me with any questions or accommodation requests.
Key Colony Beach has strict rules about the number of occupants allowed during your stay. We ask that you do not exceed that amount or you maybe be asked to leave.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, please message me with any special requests.
Please no smoking inside/outside the home. No pets.

House was perfect for 2 adults. Loved the tiki hut out back, very relaxing for coffee and evenings. Manatee visits were fun. House very clean and host very communicative. Had a moment with the Roku TV, not familiar but was able to sign in to my own provider. Perfect weather the entire week! Location so convenient to Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. Two small suggestions - another step for exiting into laundry room as it is pretty high when ypu are not expecting it, and maybe a kitchen trash can that has a lid.Thank you for sharing your home with us! Just a great week!

Jessica’s place was just absolutely great. Perfectly stocked, excellent location, great layout, met very friendly people. She is one of the best communicators we ever had the pleasure to work with. We look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect for our little family!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It was exactly like the pictures if not better and perfect for our family of 4. The best part was the outdoor sitting area! The tiki hut was huge and provided shade all day and lit up at night! The house had everything you could need…cool AC, washer and dryer, the comfiest beds and well equipped kitchen. Key Colony is the best neighborhood and they had awesome neighbors. This was our 3rd time to Key Colony and we would definitely stay here again! Cabana Club was great too and only a short walk away which was a bonus with little kids. The host, Jessica was amazing and always had quick, easy communication the whole time. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

This property was a great choice for staying in the central Keys! The photos are accurate, the outdoor space is just for you! And so private. The duplex is a perfectly renovated 1950s vacation home with very comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and fabulous outdoor space. It is a very short walk to the Cabana Club with pool and private beach. Very private and quiet family neighborhood.

Rent och fint med sköna sängar. Tv med kanaler i tre rum. Bra utrustat kök, dock ingen diskmaskin. Grill och en fantastisk uteplats intill kanalen. Tillgång till strand, pool och bar 5 minuter bort.

We live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and regularly use our home in Key Colony Beach. We love to fish and sandbar with our two small kids. We are in touch with the Marathon community and love nature. We chose to manager our home ourselves, in the hopes of giving you a personable experience when you visit.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the best communities in Marathon! It has wide canals, clean streets and friendly residents. It offers a small hometown feel while providing the Cabana Club and some of our favorite restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The location of our home is in the heart of Key Colony Beach, which means you can walk to Havana Jacks, The Cabana Club, the KCB Marina and Key Colony Inn. Sunset Beach is around a 12-minute walk.
You will deal with the owners (us) through the booking process and during your stay.
