. Sunny studio sublet for the month of July only. Immaculate. A perfect artists retreat in fantastic location. Walking distance to Prospect Park, Botanical Gardens, Farmers market, yoga etc. Washer/dryer, AC, no pets or children, max 2 adults. Great queen mattress- everyone raves about! I don’t have reviews because I just switched from another rental site. Feel free to ask questions.

Why they chose this property
I love my yoga studio and all the restaurants on Franklin Ave. I also love how friendly everyone is in this neighborhood. My grocery etc is just around the corner.
