Elegantly Remodeled and Centrally Located Home in Monterey.
This spacious, ranch-style, single family home has been owned and cherished by one family since 1952, the year it was built. It was completely remodeled in 2012 and is bright, quiet, and peacefully private. It is conveniently located within five minutes to the Del Monte Shopping Center (movie theater, great shopping, and restaurants), and centrally located to many of the wonderful sites and activities on the Monterey Peninsula. The beach, wharf and Cannery Row (Monterey Bay Aquarium) are just ten minutes away. Also close by are Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, and Laguna Seca. This is a perfect setting for families and responsible parties of six people or less who are looking for quiet, comfortable accommodations, and are able to provide at least two week's notice.
