Beautiful newly renovated home, only a 5 minute walk to New Silver Beach! Our house offers Central AC, hardwood flooring, three smart TVs, gas grill, beach equipment, enclosed and brand new outdoor shower, and plenty of space for your family! Our large fully equipped kitchen with 14 foot island and seating for 8-10 has stainless steel appliances, and all of the necessities. The Main level features a master bedroom with a full private bathroom, plus a half bath next to the kitchen/bar area. A gas fireplace surrounded by a large comfy couch, and bar area with swivel chairs and a wine fridge offers a great group gathering space. Two sets of double doors on the first floor lead to a patio and a deck with picnic seating respectively. Stairs to the second level lead to another common space complete with a TV, sitting area, and 2 twin day beds. Two private bedrooms are featured on the second level; a bunk room with three extra-long twin bunk beds, and another bedroom with a queen bed plus addtional twin day bed. A private bathroom is situated between the bedrooms with a shower and double sink vanity. The basement offers yet another lounge area with a TV, a full bathroom with shower/tub, washer/dryer, extra cabinetry for food/supply storage, refrigerator/freezer, plus two twin beds and a nook with a full bed. Additionally, on the basement level, there is a double door entryway with inside bike rack and storage for beach chairs/supplies. Our house is a short walk to New Silver Beach, and a 15 minute drive into downtown Falmouth for shopping and dining. Additionally, the New Silver Beach area has plenty of delicious restaurants, including close proximity to homemade ice cream at Somerset Creamery! Linens and towels are included in the rental, but no beach towels. NO pets please. We look forward to hosting you!
