With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 2007 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy king bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals. It also boasts an updated, tiled walk in shower.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:
Island Breeze Corner Market
Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs
High-speed elevators

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

This condo was perfect for the family! The condo was spotless, the elevator wait time was little to nothing the entire time, and the pool, hot tubs and tikki bar were wonderful! Definitely would book again!

Fall break

We have stayed at Boardwalk Beach Resort for many years. The room was very clean upon arrival. I always go over the bathroom with Clorox wipes when we arrive and to my surprise the wipe was still white after I cleaned the floors and shower. Emerald Coast Destinations was great to deal with.

Condo was very nice. There was plenty of room. The kitchen sink would never get hot, but it didn’t bother us enough to contact maintenance, as we just used the dishwasher. I wish there had been a vacuum in the room as well. There was sand everywhere as usual at the beach. We just went and bought a broom and dustpan, which was no big deal, but a good vacuum would have made it faster to clean. We loved the pool and view from the condo!

Kid free week

My husband and I took a vacation for just us since we had kids 17 years ago. It was so nice. The beach was perfect and our condo was exactly as listed. I love having a key pad on the door instead of having to keep up with room keys. Would stay again.

Very comfortable

Stayed here for a quick weekend with my husband and 17-year-old daughter. The unit is very nice with nice tile, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only suggestion i have is to add a foam mattress topper for the pull out sofa bed which without one, was not comfortable.

Great ocean views from the 20th floor!

The unit is very clean and looks like recently renovated with new appliances. I liked the LG washer and drier. The bathroom has a shower room with the shower head body spray combo. This room has a fantastic panoramic ocean view from the living room. It would have been perfect if the master bedroom has the same view, but it is located right next to the front door, which is on the hallway side.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is exactly as described. Clean, gorgeous and close to the beach! We loved this place and will more than likely come here again to vacation. Our rental had one bedroom and one bathroom. The living room had a foldout couch and there were bunk beds that slept well! The kitchen does not have any seasonings or other items so bring your own to cook! It is fully stocked w cooking utensils though and absolutely beautiful! The view cannot be beat, either. 20 stories up looking down on the amazing blue and green waters of the emerald coast ......we could have done this all day:). It is also conveniently located within 2 miles of a Walmart as well as within walking distance to several great restaurants!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a breeze, the building had ample luggage carts and parking wasn't overly crowded. (Even checking in during memorial weekend) the security and resort employees were friendly, efficient and great with kids. The building has 5 well maintained elevators, we never had to wait for than a minute or two. Upon entering the condo, the room was spotless! (I am a bit of a clean freak, and I truly can't find anything to clean). The pool and splash pad had my kids begging to stay another week. While the beach chairs and umbrella rental (optional) made my husband's stay less work and more relaxing! We are already looking into a return trip in the fall. (The resort has a store, pizza, ice cream and a beach bar and grill all are great!)

Nice Condo and Building

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very well kept, is clean, staffed well and modern. The condo was everything we expected when we booked. Plenty of elevators. I don’t ever remember waiting over a couple minutes. Everything modern, newer, well stocked kitchen utensils and plenty of towels. The a/c worked great and was important.. it was in the mid 90’s every day. The shower has extra keys but they did not work. It was tiled and very nice, clean. The Tv setup was not at all easy to operate since everything was a streaming service. Very confusing. We practically could not use it all week. Who needs a Tv at the beach though. The bedroom was well done and the bed very comfortable. We were very pleased.

Family Spring Break

The property was exactly as mentioned. The staff and security on site were nice. The unit was great and met our family’s needs. The weather was cool and windy so we enjoyed the heated pool. We never had to wait long for an elevator. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach

Overall the stay was nice, the property had extra blankets and pillows, the beds were also comfortable. Parking was a breeze and we never had to wait for an elevator. The only negative was there was a cupcake wrapper left on the balcony, but that could have blown in from above. Overall a great stay and would book again!

Great property the last morning we almost got locked out of the condo 45 minutes before checkout, This would have ruined the whole experience, luckily only one of us left to take out the trash. 10AM checkout means 10 AM not 9:15AM and then lock you out!
