I chose this neighborhood because it is quiet and convenient to so much here in Cape Coral. It is not far from my home, which makes it easy to assist you in things you may need while here.

It is new. It was completed in October of 2023 and has only been available for a short time. I am hands on if you need me and hands off if you prefer.
