Perfect family get away!

The house is in a great location, close to our favorite restaurants on the lake. Plenty of room for our group of 4 families. If you have a large group, I definitely recommend this house!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay—this home is truly stunning and exceeded every expectation! Everything was beautiful, from the thoughtful design to the incredible amenities that kept everyone entertained right on-site. We genuinely didn’t feel the need to leave; the house offered so much space and activities that we could relax, play, and spend quality time together without ever feeling crowded. It felt like a perfect home away from home, creating memories we’ll cherish for years. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to any family looking for a memorable getaway!

This was our 12th trip for a ladies family vacation. This was the best house we have stayed in! We were spoiled with a bathroom attached to every bedroom. When we opened the door, our vacation started! They had music and the ceiling lights on and what a great atmosphere to walk into! Communication was great and SO fast! We loved the pool and hot tub. Lots of room for all 16 of us to hang out, cook, swim and have the best time! If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here again!

Beautiful house, plenty of space, incredible amenities

We took our team from work here and had an incredible experience. Between the amenities like the pool, the wonderful view of the lake, and overall esthetic of the house, our team loved the stay! I only had a few questions while staying and they were so helpful and quick to respond!

The house is beautiful and the 7 ensuites were perfect for our large family. Only downside is the very steep driveway and parking for boat trailers.

Family Vacation Spot

The property is as advertised, new construction with plenty of beds and amenities for the entire extended family. The Control 4 home automation, but this can be confusing for some users. Great property and we hope to return soon.

Extraordinary home for multi family Hot Springs vacation!

Immaculate! Everything we needed plus more. Every bedroom had king beds and private baths! The game room and heated pool was loved by all with groceries, activities and restaurants within 15-20 min of the house. One of our favorite vacation homes. Even the Easter Bunny made a visit!

The Fremont

The house is pretty awesome, 12 of us had plenty of room in and outside the house. The pool and hot tub was great and the view from there was even better. Easy access to the boat slip. Kitchen was fully stocked for all we needed to cook, game room was nice as well. Overall 10/10. We will be back. Thanks

Awesome property

We like the property however we experienced couple of hiccups on the day of check-in. We booked this property because it has heated pool and gave them 48 hour advance notice as they requested, however neither pool nor hot-tub were ready when we arrived. We went back and forth and spent time on phone to get it fixed but it was not ready until the next day. Kids were little disappointed on the first day but enjoyed our second day stay with heated pool and hot tub. With exception of those issues, we enjoyed the property and its location.

Run to book! You will NOT be disappointed!

I work for the airlines and I have been around the world. This rental was my favorite. Countless amenities, and great for entertainment and great for hosting a larger group. House details and amenities were very thought out for entertainment. The surround sound throughout the house alone made our trip! We are a music family, so we thoroughly enjoyed that. We were here in October and had the pool heated to 90. Highly recommend 90 degree temp on the pool during this time. The views were stunning, you honestly couldn’t beat the views here. If you are second guessing yourself on which rental to pick because there is too many options, rest assured this is YOUR place! Don’t wait to book, this place is truly a GEM! The host was very responsive and answered immediately. Loved them, and we will be back. We rented a boat from Hot Springs Marina, which I highly recommend.
