House was being used for housing assistance, residents stated they had been in home for 6 weeks. I booked rental less than 4 weeks out. Absolutely no communication from host, had to get refund.

Don’t Use!!!

Host never responded to messages and the host phone number wasn't accepting call. Vrbo had the same problem of reaching the host. I could not get the access code to the house, eventually Vrbo refunded my reservation.
