Our stay was great. The house is in very good condition and had everything we needed for a week long stay. Maybe a half mile walk to Broadway for drinks, dinner and the free trolley. Very easy and safe. The house is very comfortable. At our busiest, we were 6 people, and had plenty of room. We would stay again.

Nice house for a family get together.

The main event was a graduation. It was nice that family from far away could all stay together even though they only stayed 2 days. The rest of the time my husband and I enjoyed having the place to ourselves.

Great location for a friends getaway weekend! Plenty of room for our group of 4. Updated interior, clean, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. We did not walk to town but it can be done (roughly 1 mile). Good communication with owner The only suggestion would be to additional seating in living area. But we managed just fine and recommend this spot!
