This home had a lot going for it — a clean, newer build with warm, homey decor and a layout that worked beautifully for splitting a larger family into comfortable spaces. Being easily walkable to both the beach and pool is a real plus, and it's wonderful that everyone you met was so friendly with local recommendations.
