• This unit is the lower level of a duplex.
• 3 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be 25+ to book.
• 2 dogs max permitted with approval and fee of $150 per pet.
• Parking: 1 parking space in back driveway.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.
• No central AC, portable AC available.
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

The property was clean with plenty of amenities. I especially appreciated the washer/dryer which was a bonus. Modern kitchen with everything you would need to cook. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach.
Location is super. The beach is short walk right down the bottom of the street. Patio has great ocean views. Great place and wonderful kitchen and plenty of seating for hosting. Love the place.
We stayed for a week and had a great visit. Alessandro and his team are top notch. The house is cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is a short walk away. I highly recommend!
Perfect location, 1 block to beach. Clean. Nice having beach chairs/towels available. Would have appreciated a house binder with instructions for fire place and temperature control. You are able to hear upstairs neighbors walking around. Parking pad available - but only suitable for tiny car. We were able to find street parking in front without much trouble..

Very comfortable stay. The bedrooms are warm. The portable A/C doesn't cool the bedrooms. Kitchen and Bathrooms were very clean. Also, the communication is great. Emails answered in 5 minutes most times.
