Prime Direct Oceanfront close to everything! Friday-Friday summer rental weeks!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! 1314 Ocean Avenue next to LaScala's. Our weekly rentals run Friday-Friday in 2025—Fabulous Direct Oceanfront three-story duplex with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on Brigantine's best-guarded beach. Watch the beach from any of our 4 decks and our large gated side patio. You can see the ocean from EVERY room!

Enter the first-floor entry to the beautiful travertine floors and full bathroom. Proceed down the hall to a bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, hardwood floors, 50" flat-screen TV, and 2 large windows offering direct oceanfront views. Walk up the stairs to the second floor, greeted with unobstructed ocean views and a magnificent open floor plan. The large family room has beautiful hardwood floors, 65” flat-screen TV, and 10-foot high ceilings with two large glass sliders to access the deck overlooking the beach. Step up to the dining room with a table that comfortably seats ten with more unobstructed ocean views. There is a convenient half bath located off the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, and a large peninsula where you can sit and eat or just prep dinner while watching the waves roll in. There is also a deck off of the kitchen with more beautiful ocean views. The third floor offers hardwood floors throughout. We have a large master bedroom with 2 glass sliders to the oceanfront deck. Relax in bed and watch the waves or a show on the wall-mounted 50” TV. You do not need to lift your head off the pillow to watch the waves! The Master bath has a beautiful travertine walk-in shower with body sprays. Walk down the hall to another full bath done in marble with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The next bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private deck that has ocean views and a 42" flat-screen TV. Down the hall is a room with 1 King bed with a 50" flat-screen TV. The laundry closet has a full-size high-efficiency front load washer and dryer on the third floor. Off the side of our house is a large gated oceanfront patio with a dining table for 6, outdoor shower, and sectional sofa. (Side patio furniture is stored in the garage November-March due to the wind in the off-season)

You cannot get closer to the beach and Brigantine’s shopping than this prime location. One block walk to Pizza, Ice Cream, Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Sundries, and Smile Factory! Wawa is 4 blocks away. Walk across the street to the 'new' LaScala's beach House for dinner or a cocktail. Atlantic City nightlife is only minutes away offering spectacular casinos, fabulous entertainment, and sensational restaurants. We provide 10 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, and a beach wagon. We also provide free WiFi. There is parking for one car in the garage and 2 more can fit in the driveway depending on vehicle size. We have a keyless entry, so no keys to keep track of!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
DO NOT STRIP BEDS, the cleaning service will remove the bed linens. Place all towels and washcloths in the linen bag and leave them on the first floor for cleaning service.
Place trash in the outside bin and put at street Wednesday evening for collection. No dirty dishes in the sink or the dishwasher. Remove food from the refrigerator. It is okay to leave condiments.
All 10 beach tags should be together in the bag and need to be placed on the kitchen island in the starfish tray.There is a $25 fee for each missing tag. Close and lock all doors and windows
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The host was great to work with and communicate with. It's not a brand new upscale beach rental, but it's got so much charm and character. The location can't be beat. The numerous outdoor seating areas/balconies were an added bonus. My favorite part was being able to watch the waves from the primary bedroom. Thanks for a great experience!

I never realized such a beautiful beach exist so close close to Atlantic City! The town is very quite, felt safe and there are plenty of delivery options for meals and groceries. The house is just as described and the host responds very quickly. I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful Mediterranean beach/ocean front

Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this residence. The Mediterranean feel was so authentic and you can hear the ocean waves rolling in as you sleep. Located in a prime spot in brigantine, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. A couple steps from beach and restaurant on the beach with beautiful music from live bands. A 8 minute taxi or drive to the casino and convention center. A hidden oasis.

Great winter getaway

Our group of 8 adults and two children had a great time on our winter getaway. The unit accommodated our group perfectly. The location is awesome and i can only imagine how wonderful it must be in the summer. The owner was very quick to respond and answered all our questions.

My family loved staying here over Christmas and New Year's. Coming from small urban apartments, it was so nice and comfortable to be in such a spacious house. The owner is very responsive, thoughtful and kind. We had everything we needed -- it's very well outfitted. We miss it already!

Our stay was wonderful and the house met the needs of our family. The location is great and the response from Suzanne was prompt and courteous. There are a couple little things - hand towels would be appreciated - as would a large frying pan. But these are small items - We would highly recommend the house.

Came here with my brothers and several friends for a guys weekend. Great location on the beach, plus the beach wasn't crowded. The place is really nice, clean, with modern appliances. We loved the multiple decks, great for barbecuing and hanging out before we went down to Atlantic city for the night. Quick cab ride to AC, especially to Harrah's or Borgata. Owners were really easy to communicate with and quick to respond to emails.

Felt at home right away! Across street from old Brigantine Hotel where other family was staying. Able for all to easily gather. Views of the beach great. So many options for outdoor time. Beach steps away- fun for everyone and still able to find places for a little alone time if needed. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Lots of beach items to borrow. Small amount of bar patron loudness but just sort of funny. If weather had been miserable the house would have been a savior. We were fortunate to have wonderful weather too.

Location is excellent, house is nice, but it was very disappointing to have to vaccume and empty the dish washer upon arrival. Paper towels were scarce, barely any dish soap, every bathroom ran out of toilet paper - which normally wouldn't be a problem, but I was informed these supplies would be provided. Overall, a good experience, but it seems the no one gave a once over after the previous individuals checked out. I would rent again.

SWEET SISTERS' WEEKEND

Our annual Sisters' Weekend was a hit!! This beautiful home is so relaxing, exactly as pictured, well maintained and lots of room. The owner, Suzanne, was amazing and professional. She answered our emails promptly every time and made her home accessible as early as possible and check out as late as reasonable. We spent a lot of time on the beach in October - Awesome. Before booking this I read reviews for other homes I was considering and one reviewer complained about the neighborhood which, honestly, I gave little thought to. This home is in a great area. We fell in love in Brigantine. If you go on the map Suzanne points out what's around the area and what restaurants she likes. This was extremely helpful.

The location is everything. Beach access is ideal. LaScalla is convenient for drinks and food. The house is roomy , the beds are comfy. It needed aired out but opening things up helped. Could fit 2 cars and truck in the driveway and garage. The living area could use some updates but was fine. The dining table is big and great for dinners together and game time. The balcony off the main bedroom had some debris and needed swept. Beautiful view from that balcony. The grill area is pretty nice. Bringing groceries and baggage up the steps can be a lot if you aren’t a spring chicken. We had great family time in this condo.

Beautiful ocean view

Great location, if you enjoy looking out into the ocean, watching the sunrise and hearing the roar of the ocean this is the place, It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, beach tags, chairs, beach cart with toys and an umbrella. it's a one block walk to the center of town and you cant get any closer to the beach. My family loved it the house is beautiful

We bought this home because we love the beautiful beaches of Brigantine and small town feel. We have had the opportunity to live in Brigantine as both a summer and then year round resident. Brigantine is truly a great community a wonderful town for all seasons!

Why they chose this property

We love waking up to the ocean and hearing the sounds of the waves crashing. When we came to view the place for the first time we looked off the third floor master deck and saw a school of dolphins, SOLD. We put our offer in later that day!

You really can walk or bike almost anywhere you want to go on the island!
