I have used VRBO plenty of times, and I have to say that this property was impeccable. Very clean, amazing location, and great communication by the host. I would highly recommend this place, and hope to be back. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great location, near beach, shopping and restaurants. Easy parking right in front but rent some bikes and explore! Super cute interior, comfy beds, linens and well stocked. Only downside are some footsteps from the upstairs unit, the construction (which will end soon) and the Naples pier being rebuilt through 2027. We will be back.

We love this area and have visited many times. This cottage was perfect from my husband and I for a long weekend. The beach is a short walk and I appreciate the property supplied beach equipment. The home was nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely try to rent this property again.

The property was delightful... so much so I was tempted to write a bad review and keep the place a secret! It has old Florida charm, adjoins our favorite part of Old Naples and is just so homey. Kate was accessible and flexible as we rolled with the weather, the unforeseen construction fallout etc. She's a great host. If I had one complaint, it's the fact there is no digital antenna connected to the TV... making it impossible to watch local broadcast TV news. Given the sometimes severe weather, that's a small investment which would be helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
