This four bedroom, three bathroom condo with a bonus room sleeps up to twelve guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second master also has a king bed with queen sleeper sofa and has it's own private bathroom and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed. With the bonus room bunks and queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room, the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Review

We stayed from August 17 thru 24th. Everything from checking in to access to beach and pools was easy. The only thing I would say is that we could have used more bath towels for the number of people we had. Woukd stay there again.

Loved our trip!

This unit was very nice and had lots of space for our large family. The facility was amazing! Great pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, market. The staff was outstanding!! Very very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Ice machine on the refrigerator needed detailed but other than that everything was perfect and we would for sure rebook here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location is ideal and pool & ocean views are good. We were happy with the space and pleasantly surprised more kitchenware items available than previous reviews stated. The cleanliness is not ideal- you'll want to bring a broom & dust pan, cleaning wipes or sprays. As others have stated, the couch and loveseat are quite dirty in multiple places. Even if steam cleaned, I'm not sure these can be saved. The bunkbeds room was super dusty and clearly unvacuumed/swept before we arrived. My sons sneezed constantly until we bought a vacuum. The balcony has sturdy, excellent furniture. Beds, bathrooms, and kitchen clean. One pillow per person, one sheet per bed, and thin comforters- bring extra if needed. Bring broom and dust pan plus something to wipe down countertops- no cleaning materials present to maintain condo for week.

Terrible

First, let me say I have been vacationing for years at different condos throughout florida and have never experienced a condo with absolutely nothing and disgusti. Let me break it down for you. Kitchen..very little kitchen equipment, including sharp knives, cheap pans, extra towels. They literally gave us one dish towel and no dish cloths to use the whole week. We had to buy everything, including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, trash liners, etc.. Bedrooms...half of a roll of toilet paper, no extra pillows, blankets or sheets. We had to call and get extra towels.There were nine of us staying in this condo and each of us had one towel a piece for the whole week unbelievable. On top of all that the place was absolutely filthy. There was sand all over the floor when we arrived. There was something slopped all over the side of the nightstand in one of the bedrooms. The cabinets in the kitchen were nasty and on top of that the couches were absolutely deplorable. They had stains on them. We actually had to lay the one blanket we did find over the couch, because we were all grossed out to even sit on it. Also no pack and plays for baby, top of that, they did not have any beach towels beach chairs, any toys for the kids to play with?It was unbelievable.I've never stayed at a condo where we literally had to go buy everything. Super disappointed. I will say the pool is awesome. It's very clean and maintained well. Also the beaches are gorgous but the condo stunk unfortunately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo let our needs with 10 guests. Spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. View was perfect. A few little fixer uppers could be done, maybe a couple more patio chairs. One of the chairs at the patio table is broken. The pool was SO nice. Beware of the security guards though, even in the winter they patrol heavily and stop you if they catch you without your wrist band or if you have a drink near the pool or hot tub. I guess more security is better though. We felt very safe, relaxed, comfortable at this condo and resort. Our 3 families had plenty of space. Will return to this condo if in PCB again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fair-good location spacious. Furniture was horrific. Fabric stains on chairs and logs/loveseat ridges. Outdoor furniture was gross. I had to clean before I would put a towel on it . It was like someone went to goodwill Snd furnished. Refrigerator drawers broken. I asked to be moved however was not granted. Liked the property room layout. It's in desperate need of maintenance and furniture replacement.
