Concert Getaway

Location ideal for Findlay Market, Breweries, and concert venue. Property vibe neat and classy, feel your truly getting away. Property owners so easy to work with! Will be back.

Great overnight stay for a concert trip!

The property itself was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. It was spacious and very comfortable. Because we were unfamiliar with the area, parking was a bit tricky so a little more explanation or details/description about that would be helpful. We also had a few of our chairs taken from our open car as we were unloading and left it unattended for a few minutes, so be more careful than we were! It was located right across from the market which was convenient and fun. Also, walking distance to several breweries. My only complaint was that it smelled very strong like a smoker or like there was food being smoked throughout the stairway and all throughout the apartment. It never went away leading me to believe it must have been from the nearby/attached eatery. It was a pleasant smell, but very strong, so it could be a turn off if you don’t appreciate smoked food! lol

Perfect place, bad parking

The place itself is amazing. Clean, chic, spacious. It is up 3 flights of stairs without an elevator, if that's an issue for you. It sits right on the market which is really cool. It was very easy to pop down for coffee, breakfast, the farmer's market, and walking around. However, don't stray from this area on foot beyond a block or so, as the area quickly felt unsafe. Additionally, the listing says "Parking On Site" and parking is listed as an amenity which is not true. There is no parking other than paid street parking. We called to ask about it when we arrived, as we couldn't find the parking. We ended up opting for a nearby garage and had to carry 4 people's-worth of stuff about 2 blocks and then upstairs. Definitely not ideal.

H - it’s unfortunate that you didn’t have the best experience due to mis reading the listing details. There is no mention of free parking. We are located in the city - there is no such thing of free parking. We send a list of parking garages within one block of our condo. Finlay market is an awesome area. You are just steps from great shopping, food, etc! Anyone reading this review should reach out to us for clarification!
