- Sleeps 19 | 6 bedrooms | 12 beds | 3.5 baths - Private hot tub (year-round), fire pit w/ stargazing skies, gas BBQ grill - 85-inch movie theatre, pool table, ping pong, private gym - Children's playroom, Pack 'n Play & high chair - Full kitchen, dining table for 10, washer and dryer - 2.5 miles to Cle Elum; near Suncadia Resort and hiking trails The space Ten acres of Washington forest create the backdrop here - pine canopy overhead, wide open skies after dark, and enough space for a large group to spread out, settle in, and genuinely exhale. This is a property built for the kind of trip where the days fill up naturally: someone's firing up the grill, others are rotating through the game room, and by evening the whole group has found its way to the fire pit without anyone having to organize it.
Sleeping arrangements Six bedrooms across two floors sleep up to 19 guests in 12 beds, with three bedrooms on the main level and three on the second floor. Every room comes with Egyptian cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades. Clothing storage throughout includes a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser, so longer stays feel genuinely settled rather than improvised.
Indoor living The game room anchors the indoor social life of the house - an 85-inch movie theatre with surround sound, a pool table, and a ping pong table give a large group plenty to rotate through across an evening. A children's playroom stocked with toys, books, and games for ages up to 10 keeps younger guests well covered, and board games and reading material round things out for everyone else. A Bluesound Bluetooth sound system and a TV with Roku are set up in the living area, and an indoor gas fireplace adds warmth to the common spaces when the temperature drops. A dedicated workspace in a private space - fitted with an ergonomic chair and surge protector - is available for anyone working through the trip. 1 Gb Wi-Fi is included.
Outdoor living The fully fenced backyard is where the property comes into its own in the evenings. A private hot tub available all year sits within reach of the deck, and once the sun sets over the tree line the fire pit becomes the natural gathering point - wide skies and minimal light pollution make stargazing a genuine draw on clear nights. Private decks, a patio, outdoor furniture, and a hammock give the group room to spread out at any hour. A private gas BBQ grill is available for outdoor cooking, and sports equipment including cornhole and spike ball keeps things active during daylight hours. Six pairs of snowshoes are on-hand for off-season guests who want to get out into the surrounding landscape.
For guests who have needs related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, a care box with sensory items, a weighted stuffy, and a weighted blanket is available on request to help make the stay more comfortable.
Kitchen and dining The full kitchen is set up to handle group cooking without friction. A stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel single oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher cover the core equipment, while a drip coffee maker, French press, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, and baking sheet extend what's possible. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils are all provided. The dining table seats 10, and the gas BBQ grill brings outdoor cooking into the mix on cooler evenings under the trees.
Family amenities A children's playroom, children's books and toys for ages 0-10, children's dinnerware, a standalone high chair, and a Pack 'n Play with sheets make this a genuinely family-ready home. Board games and reading material are available for older guests.
Fitness and wellness A private gym in the building includes free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, a rowing machine, a workout bench, and a yoga mat - a full setup for guests who want to keep a routine going without leaving the property.
Bathrooms and laundry Three and a half bathrooms are distributed across both floors, each supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. One bathroom includes a bathtub. A free washer and dryer in the unit, iron, drying rack, and hangers support longer stays without any trips off-property for laundry.

We made a last-minute booking for our track team due to a lack of hotel rooms, and we couldn't have made a better choice. There was plenty of room for our group. The kids loved the huge game room and places to hang out. It was a nice, quiet setting that was a perfect fit for what we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owners did a great job communicating any issues and expectations. Overall, it was a great experience!
Exceptional communication from James. Everything was clean, tidy, and clearly labeled. The downstairs game room was fantastic and well furnished. Only small downside is a smaller number of bathrooms.

Huge house for a big group and lots to do so it does not feel crowded. The people in our group especially liked the game room downstairs and the hot tub.
We enjoyed a nice weekend with a group of 17 adults. The property was clean. The property manager was nice and very responsive. The game room had many options for all age groups.
We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The acreage made it feel nice and private, and we had a great view of elk passing through the property. We went snowshoeing at The Gold Creek Trail, and were able to borrow snowshoes from the house which was great. Everything was well stocked and clean.

I am so happy that you had a great time and put those snowshoes to some good use!! See you next time!
The property was great. Everything looked exactly like the listing. It was isolated, quiet, and huge. There were plenty of high quality games (darts, pool, air hocky) and a great sound system in the basement. Outside there were hammocks, a hot tub, basketball hoop, cornhole, and a grill. There was nothing this place didnt have. The house is a short drive (10 minutes) from stores, fast food, and gas stations so there is no problem if you forget to bring something. It is the perfect place for a weekend getaway.
House great , communication with owner great .. maintenance person shows up early am don’t announce her self when we said hi just ignored us. Contacted owner said miscommunication she should not be there at that time. Took her 30-40 minutes to get in garage where work was being done!! Tried to lower temp on thermostat to 71 but someone else had remote control of it and raised it to 76 for a couple of minutes. Would not allow anything lower than 73 , no fans in place.

Apologies for the issues with the maintenance person working on the other building, but was a one-off as she's only been to the adjacent building 3 times.
As for the temperature, we don't touch it during guest stays, so unsure what happened. It should be adjustable, and I'll make system adjustments to make sure it doesn't happen again.
There are some fans in the house, including ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, but perhaps they got moved around and not obvious. I'll make sure that they're more clear and buy extras as well.
In the future, feel free to reach out anytime. I'm here to solve any problems. Cheers!
