About this property

Location: It's a single house, a brand-new property.

Parking: No parking in garage. Can park on driveway or on the grass

Climate Control: The house you can adjust the temp by thermostat . Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.

Laundry: Washer and dryer are available in the unit

The ATV is an additional service that can be rented for $100/hours of use, maximum 2 hours

The pool will be closed from October to May.

We understand that pets are family too. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per stay. Our home is thoughtfully prepared to accommodate your four-legged companions.

While the home is pet-friendly, we kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended indoors unless crated.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
