Close to the bay and ocean beaches. Ten minute car ride to Ptown; better yet, walk to the corner and catch the bus that goes to McMillan Wharf. But you may not want to leave the backyard with built-in pool. Central A/C. Outdoor shower. Beds are made for you upon arrival. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, 4 bicycles, 2 kayaks (with paddles and life vests). Foosball, Corn hole, table tennis, outdoor furniture, gas grill. Pool noodles. New chef's kitchen. This is a private home that is rented only two weeks a year.
Note: yard is sprayed for ticks (which also controls the mosquitoes).

I am a resident of North Truro and rent my house only two weeks a year. The house will feel like a home to you because it's primary purpose is as my residence, not a rental property.
Why they chose this property
This property is close walk to the bus into Provincetown and about a mile each way from the ocean or the bay. Ptown is a 15 minute car ride away. I love the privacy and build-in heated pool. The new kitchen is stunning, as well.
