Beautiful condo!

If I could give it 6 stars, I would. I've stayed at Vista Cay a handful of times and this is the nicest condo I've rented. It is spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen has everything you may need. It's close to the pool and clubhouse which is nice too. The large balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning. I would definitely return to this condo!

Very Nice!

The condo we rented was very nice. Minimal cookware but we ate out mostly. Vacuum available, would have liked a simple broom for easy clean ups. Beds were VERY firm. Perfectly located near pool and fitness room. Appeared very clean and was spacious. We would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you

Nice condo

The condo itself was nice. Wish the property manager or owner would have told me about the roof maintenance that was going on before showing up. There was a lot of yellow tape roped off and does not give a great first impression if you aren’t notified in advance.

Condo was very spacious WOW was amazed. Housekeeping had missed/overlooked “several” things we didn’t make a big deal but could have. Did not like the internet having to be turned on as well as tv service, washing machine made a bad noise and it was terribly hot in unit and we were allowed to turn down under 72 which was too hot for us. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully decorated and the staff was super at the front desk and guest services. Thumbs up to Blake, Mary and Steven! We would return to Vista Cay !

Thank you Tina for your kind words and comments on areas of improvement needed. As a family owned and operated company we strive hard to give our guests a clean and satisfactory home. From the hundreds of fantastic reviews we have gotten on cleanliness and such, you can see that your experience isn’t the norm for us and we are sorry that you experienced a couple of hiccups. Upon check in, if there is anything needed during the stay, we provide all of our guests the phone number to our 24 hour Check In and Service desk, located at the club house. We would have happily sent a cleaning manager over to immediately fix any overlooked items. We have spoken to the employee who serviced your unit and will make sure they are more diligent in future. Thank you for helping us with the internet / cable service. Every once in a blue moon the service goes out, and we have to call to get it back online. This is usually never the case though either. We ask our guests to keep the AC at 72 or higher as it is best for the FL weather, as to not over exert the AC system, but guests can choose to go lower if they wish. We do feel, however, the 72 is a very nice and cool temperature. Thank you for the thumbs up and thank you for the opportunity for growth with this feedback! We look forward to welcoming you again in future. Upon your return, let us know that you are a loyal return guest and depending on the time of year, we will see if we can thank you with a discount or a welcome gift upon your return. Check In Nightmare

Property was beautiful and luxurious...however check in was to be at 4pm...when we arrived they stated they were significantly behind schedule and we could not check in. There were probably 20+ parties in the se situation, all just waiting in the lobby or by the pool. Went to wait at the pool and could not get a towel from any employee (towels are in your room they said....lol but we had no access to a room smh). Pool bar was cash only.
