Lovely condo, tastefully decorated. Window A/C's in each bedroom with ceiling fans throughout the unit. Updated modern kitchen with granite countertops and bathrooms . Wi-Fi with flat screen TV's in both living room and master bedroom. Queen bed in master bedroom and in downstairs bedroom with two twins in the loft. Idea for family of 6. Spacious and comfortable right across from pool and barbeque area. Beautiful sunset views from lanai. Free parking close by( with stairs leading to Unit) . All towels and linens are provided.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Family vacation

The area is great! Very peaceful, the pool was great. We liked the property, it was clean and comfortable. It was not super stocked with supplies specifically in the kitchen. Not much in terms of personal touch.

great place to stay! Condo could use a little updating, such as fresh paint, a new rug and new couch. But it was clean and enjoyed our time there. Loved having the golf course out the back, the pool so close and the beach within walking distance! Would stay here again

Fantastic location

The location is great- on the course and close to the pool. The furnishings are very dated as you can tell from the listing. The unit has more wear than I was prepared for - and given the premium price, I expected more, I would be mindful of this. The check in was easy. I think having beach chairs is a reasonable assumption but we couldn’t find any.

The kitchen was decently stocked with everything you need to cook. We really liked having 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Our only complaint is that the loft got very warm for our two younger kids. Ifthe trade winds weren't blowing, it was very uncomfortable as they were trying to sleep. We definitely recent this property! And if you get it chance, make sure to check out the organic shave ice place that is across the highway from the entrance to Turtle Bay. It was our favorite!

A Pleasant Stay at Kuilima

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of four (two couples) stayed at this property for four nights and had a great time. The kitchen was nicely updated and the living area and bedrooms were spacious enough. The property was a 12 minute walk from the main Turtle Bay resort, beach, restaurants, etc. which was very convenient. The property had also recently been sprayed for bugs when we arrived and we did notice numerous bugs while visiting, but this could be fairly standard for first-floor properties of this type (this was our first experience on Oahu so cannot say for sure). Overall, the property suited our needs perfectly, even if some if the amenities could use updating. We would recommend to other prospective guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo dated, stove and the AC did not work. The management company is extreamly rude unprofessional and unhelpful. We had several condos rented in our group and every single group was charged fees for cleaning and a violation of rules even though no rules were violated and we left the condos clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented many vacation properties and this one was the least supplied for the environment that I have stayed at. Example: The BBQ is a charcoal one, located at the pool. There was no mention of that, nor were any charcoal or lighter fluid supplied. There was only one garbage bag supplied for the under counter container. Hard to get ahold of the management company. Office closed early in the day and leaving a message was the only option. Return call was longer than you'd expect on the day of check in. HYOu are at a beach location property and there were broken/old beach chairs left. This place was set up for 4-6 guests and the outside table was the size of a very small round old metal table with only two small uncomfortable chairs.

This unit from the pictures was very nice and stated air conditioning. However upon staying at this condo there is only air in the two bedrooms, the loft stays very hot and so does the kitchen and living room. The “furniture” is outdoor furniture that is unbelievably uncomfortable. This unit needs a lot of upgrading for the price they charge. The paint was chipped everywhere in the unit and all the bedding and furnishings were very old. The kitchen was the only newer part of the whole place. The upstairs bathroom has the smallest shower we’ve ever been in and needs to be remodeled. There’s little to no amenities. The day of check in I was sent two different units and it took a few hours to figure out which was actually check in. We reached out to the host and NEVER received a response. Overall the place did the job but it was disappointing for the price point. The host really need to do some upgrading and remodeling for the price they charge.

The property was comfortable. There were 5 of us but also would have been good for 6. Could definitely use a deep clean and some maintenance. The AC and washer/dryer were loud but it was a consistent white noise. The location was great.

Just what we needed

We were spending a week on Oahu visiting family and showing the island to a couple that were there for the first time. We have stayed at Turtle Bay many times before and this time was just like the others. A nice place to stay away from the crowds and hustle of the big cities. Beautiful location.

Turtle Bay never disappoints

What a wonderful week on the north shore of Oahu. Turtle Bay is an incredible setting with perfect access to beach and PCC. As always, we didn’t want to leave. Layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back for sure!
