Welcome to this nicely updated two bedroom condo located on the peaceful East side of Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay. The condo features brand new tile flooring in the living room and kitchen along with new kitchen cabinetry!
This unit has a King bed in the master bedroom/bathroom. There is a large sliding glass window to let in the cool breezes. An additional bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is an oversize loft bedroom with a 2 queen. There is a spacious half bath with large closet area in the loft. The loft also has A/C.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. There is seating for four at the dining table and additional seating on the lanai.
One of the two swimming pools on the East side is located just across the parking area of this unit. Just 30 steps away . The tennis courts are close by as well. It is under a 10 minute walk to the public beach next to the Turtle Bay Hotel as well as several restaurants on the grounds.
Lei Lei's restaurant by the pro shop is a short walk and features indoor or outdoor dining.
The condo complex is just minutes from the top Surfing beaches in the world, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea. Don't miss beautiful Waimea Valley and falls.
And of course there is the Polynesian Cultural Center that is certainly worth visiting.
Supermarkets are about 3 miles in either direction from the Kuilima Estates. Historic and popular Haleiwa Town is 13 miles from Turtle Bay and offers lots of shopping and restaurants.

Turtle Bay Condo

Paul's property was so fantastic. It is spacious, clean and very authentic. We loved it. Would definately stay there again.

Great location, easy access, comfortable beds

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pros are that it has comfy beds, functional kitchen, allocated parking spot, 2.5 bathrooms, added extras like body boards and beach towels, and is quiet at night. We couldn't quite work out how the shower in the main bathroom worked (I think it may just be a bath?) but there is still a shower in the ensuite which we all used. Also note that the second bedroom is a loft, so you can't really watch TV once the kids have gone to bed, but other than that - we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you.

Not what we were expecting

The area of Turtle Bay was super nice, had a lot of nice amenities. Nice amount of beach items for our use. The condo was extremely hard to get into with the key pad, called manager and he was able to give better instructions. No A/C in the loft made for a stuffy stay for the kids. They had fans but it wasn't enough. It states in the description that there is A/C in the loft. Called manager and he said nothing he could do because the condo association wants them to replace it with a $30,000 central air unit.. He also went on to say that is why their price is lower than other condos in the area. The pictures of the living area are not accurate, no dining table or 2 couches. It is an Island with 3 seats. Small couch and 2 chairs. Certainly would not stay here again.

Perfect rental unit

We enjoyed our stay so much. The unit was clean and has got all amenities needed. The whole complex was very quiet and we met some nice people there. We were worried that there is no hot tub but the pool seems to be heated, so that was perfect in the afternoons.
