Quiet north end of Seaside Heights located less than half a block from beach and famous Boardwalk.

3 1/2 blocks to Bay and bay side beach, fishing pier and dock.

Updated 2 bedroom/1 bath unit on first floor. Condo has open living room/dining and kitchen area. All new appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, glass ware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. Flat screen TV with DVD and premium cable package. Free Internet. All the amenities of home.

Property has fenced private rear common court yard with 2 patio tables with umbrellas and chairs, 2 propane BBQ grills and an outdoor ping pong table. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after day at the beach.

Central air and ceiling fans in every room.
Guaranteed parking space for two vehicles on-site/off street.
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.

•The two condo units can be rented as a combined 4 bedroom/2 bath - entire first floor unit at an additional cost. Contact owner for special rates. This unit is part of a 3-unit condo/dwelling.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE so no need to apply/inquire.
NO Pets and NO smoking.
DO NOT RENT FOR PROMS.

Great stay! The condo was clean, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. The backyard was nice, and the grills worked great. It was conveniently located by a CVS, many restaurants, and the boardwalk/beach. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay a block away from the beach.

So close and perfect for small families

Small house 1 block from seaside heights boardwalk. Super clean! Perfect for my husband and I are our two girls 10 & 11. The living room furniture is no very comfortable but the beds were great!

Much need R&R

Great stay. Rosemary and her husband were very welcoming. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet, the right about of space and just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. Unfortunately, with all my diligence in packing, i forgot my quite a lot of money in the property. Rosemary made sure to contact me and have it return. For that, i am eternally grateful. Honest people are hard to come by these days. Thank you. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great Property, Steps from the Beach

Rosemary and her family were great hosts. The property was as-advertised, clean, and quiet. My daughters loved the ping-pong table and we made use of the grill. Very accessible to the north end of the boardwalk while still being in a relatively quiet area. No issues. We would stay here again.

North end of Seaside Heights condo

Nice place, clean with washer and dryer on first floor about 2 blocks to north end of boardwalk. Small kitchen table but with 4 chairs. Quiet neighborhood and room for 2 cars (1 behind the other) in driveway. 2 bedrooms which were small but adequate (1 with full size bed and other with 2 twins. Also had large enclosed front porch for additional guests. Living room was small with a couch and 1 additional chair and small TV. Couch might be better facing TV instead of on the side. Beach badges for us 4 were supplied. There may have been 5 badges? Had AC but not in front porch which was not an issue for us. You could leave living room door open to attempt to let AC filter to porch, I guess. Plenty of hot water available. Back yard had grills, ping pong, and table which we did not use. Since we were in front unit, you would need to walk around to back. Over all for the price, definitely recommended.

A Great Place to Stay Down the Shore

We had a wonderful time Labor Day week. The home was welcoming, clean, and very close to the beach and boardwalk. The private driveway was also a bonus! Rosemary met me as soon as I pulled in and showed me around and showed me how to work everything. I know the hosts can't control the weather, but the weather was great as well!!! I would definitely stay here again!

Very easy to book. The property is nice but the couches need to be replaced with a small sectional. The TV'S need to be replaced with 50 inch or more. The present TV's are 32 inches. Easy walk to the boardwalk.

Rosemary's apartment was spacious and suitable for our group of friends and their teens to enjoy for a week. We loved the back deck and outdoor space. We sat out doors on the back deck until midnight daily just talking and enjoying each other. It was very nice to have the beach passes included with the rental. We loved the location and ease of getting around Seaside Heights. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The property is just a short walk from the beach. It worked very well for us (2 adults, 2 kids under age 5). We stayed for a week and the apartment was a great base while we enjoyed the beach, waterpark and ended the days with a bbq in the property's backyard. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The location is near enough to enjoy the boardwalk and far enough not to be disturbed by the nightlife. We had a great time.

Ideal Location

Convenient location to beach and boardwalk, quiet family friendly neighborhood. Short walk to beach and boardwalk, really nice outdoor area with ping pong table, grill, tables, and chairs and shower. Rosemary met us at check-in, walked us through the property, and offered some suggestions for activities. Overall our family had a great trip.
