Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.

Located approximately half a block to ocean beach and famous Boardwalk with roller coaster, miniature golf and water park.

2 bedroom/1 bath private rear unit. Condo has open living room/dining and kitchen area. All newer appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, glass ware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. Flat screen TV with DVD and premium family cable package. Free Internet. All the amenities of home.

One bedroom has 2-twin beds and the master bedroom a king bed. Unit has private covered deck overlooking the back yard area. Hardwood floors throughout.

Property has fenced private rear common court yard with 2 patio tables with umbrellas and chairs, 2 propane BBQ grills and an outdoor ping pong table. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.

3 1/2 blocks to interior bayside beach, pier, fishing and dock. Just a short walk.

Central air and ceiling fans in every room.
Guaranteed parking space for two vehicles on-site/off street.

•The two condo units can be rented as a combined 4 bedroom/2 bath - entire first floor unit at an additional cost. Contact owner for special rates. This unit is part of a 3-unit condo/dwelling.

NOT A PARTY HOUSE/NO GROUPS so no need to apply/inquire.
NO Pets and NO smoking.
DO NOT RENT FOR PROMS.

When you are ready to check out, please either call/text 973-452-6232 and we will come down to check you out or come up to Unit C and knock on the door.

Wash all dishes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Gov't Photo ID req. at check-in for verification. Personal linens and towels not included. Families preferred. Sat to Sat - weekly rentals only.

We had a great stay here. It's about a block and a half from the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Place was clean and as advertised. Host was very responsive.

Convenient location to everything! Only used the car twice the whole week. Hotel pool borders yard and you can hear/see people (at least from the second floor apt.) Rosemary was great and flexible too :)

My family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental! Location was ideal for all ages-- 1/2 block to ocean and boardwalk, close to rides and waterpark, close to places to eat and drink. Rosemary and Brian were welcoming and responsive to questions. Rental is exactly as seen in photos- clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with lovely deck to have my morning coffee and listen to seagulls.

Nice stay, close to beach and boardwalk

We had a great stay! The rental is a block away from the boardwalk and beach. We stayed in the front unit which had 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 twins, 1 with a queen). The living room had a full pullout and the porch had a full pullout and a twin pullout, but our kids chose to sleep on the couch instead of pulling them out and said they were comfortable to sleep on. The only thing this rental lacked was space to put our things, especially in the kitchen since we had groceries for a week. The shower was pretty small too, but having the outdoor shower with hot water and a washer/dryer were great extras! If I visited Seaside Heights again, I would be happy staying here another time.

Great location in Seaside Heights

The property has two units available to rent; this review is about Unit B, the rear apartment. This second-floor apartment is very clean and well-maintained. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the boardwalk, the beach, Casino Pier, and several eateries. It's also possible to walk to the grocery store, though you'll have to cross a major road to get there. The rear deck area is a good place to sit, and if you don't mind the walk up and down the stairs, it's a fairly secure place to store a bike. It was great to have our own parking spot and beach badges provided for us. Rosemary was a responsive and helpful host. She was able to accommodate a slightly early check-in and check-out, and she was quick to respond when we had an internet problem. She also gave us a clear explanation of events going on during the week that we might be interested in. The internet speed here is on the slower end. This is totally fine for vacationing, but if you plan on working from the apartment, it could be a problem. Additionally, the listing mentions laundry as an amenity—to be clear, only Unit A has a washing machine. If you're staying in Unit B, you will have to walk to the laundromat and pay to use their machines. Overall, this apartment was a clean and comfortable place to stay, and I'd recommend it for anyone looking to vacation in Seaside Heights.
