Your Soldotna adventure starts here! 4 Bears is a comfy 1-acre hideaway at the end of a quiet lane, 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath one story home, plus a den w/ full bed, perfect for families & fishing trips. Just 10–15 mins to the Kenai River. Kick back on the deck, fire up the grill, and hang by the fire pit (we’ve got the firewood!). Garage for your gear & chest freezer for your catch. Games, cards, darts, & cornhole. Need an extra bed? Twin rollaway is great for a kid or teen! Moose & caribou visit.

After 37 years of moving, traveling, and living in lots of homes, we’ve gathered a deep appreciation for what truly makes a place feel like home. Quiet Neighborhood with no through traffic. Moose and Caribou visit. Just far enough for quiet and privacy but only 10 minutes to River and shopping.
