East 1105 offers an inviting open-concept living area. Generous seating provides the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the 65-inch 4K smart TV and Blu-ray player. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows with quality interior shutters that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony that provides unrestricted views of the beach from east to west. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen HDTV with DVD/CD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The attached, private master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

Great location, beautiful condo that was well equipped. Wonderful views of the beach and sunsets. Management was very responsive and friendly. Great location to walk to restaurants and all we met walking the beach were very friendly. There were two couples staying and this condo was perfect for the 4 of us, each having our own entrance to the balcony. Highly recommend this place and we’re hoping to come back!

This is our second visit the this property in the last 7 months. The property has everything you need to have a great time. The resort is very safe for families. Very quick to get to the pool and the beach. One of the best perks is the four chairs and two umbrellas that come with the rental. We will definitely stay here again!!

We have stayed at Silver Beach towers multiple times, this was our first time staying in this condo, and we have to say it is by far one of our favorite properties we have stayed at!! It was fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, the entire condo was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and of course you cannot beat the view! We will definitely be staying at this property in the future!!

Spectacular unit

This unit is spotless and wonder. Perfect view, great pools and access to many activities! I would definitely come again. Heads up though, we are used to having access to previously used beach toys etc. There are no beach toys etc here and no place to pay yours forward to the next guest of this unit. Also, no iron or hairdryer. Just a heads up!

Million dollar views

Comfortable beds,clean,million dollar views off the deck. Just be aware going off season the hot tub and pool were freezing even though the check in ladies claimed they were heated. Also the hot tub had so much chlorine it bleached my brothers swimsuit. Almost Every day they came in the apartment checking alarms and such and woke us up working or talking on the property was horrible I never could sleep in. There was roaches in my bathroom which freaked me out on my toothbrush. And beware you cant turn the air under 72 which is hot to me. But I gave it 5 stars because the view was incredible sunsets and sunrises and stars. The beds were also comfy. The bathtub was small and there was not enough hot water to fill it. For the price the view made it 5 stars. We loved destin dewey for lunch and dinner. Would definitely return

The BEST Time

We has an amazing stay here. This condo is absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We stayed with another couple and both bedrooms have an ocean view which was great! The beach access, pool, and location were also very convenient. We've vacationed in Destin multiple times, but this was by far the best condo we have stayed in! We will definitely come back!

Great condo!! Poor housekeeping / management

This 2-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4. GORGEOUS view of the ocean!! Easy pool and beach access. Central, convenient location of the complex. Kitchen was well-stocked. I would have given this place 5 stars for sure, but our master bedroom bed wasn't made when we arrived. Sheets were on the bed, but the bedspread and pillows were draped over a chair. There was also laundry left in the dryer. This is totally unacceptable ANYTIME, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, cleanliness and attention to housekeeping details are musts! When I called the management company to notify them of the problem, they were very difficult to reach. When I finally talked to someone, it was after 5:00 p.m. and the housekeeping staff had left. I had to wait until the next morning to get the sheets changed to assure they were clean.
