The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, Corian counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area, which is complete with a full-size washer and dryer for convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Great spring spot

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was perfect. Right on the beach. Good restaurants that are walkable. Pool and hot tub were great even when the weather was chilly. We will be back!

Great location and property. Would stay here again. The room was great. Great size and good utensils in kitchen. Perfect location and easy to get everywhere. Property was clean and loved the beach and umbrella/chair process to save and find in the morning.

Loved it! Beautiful clean condo with fantastic view!

We loved this place! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The décor is beachy yet classy. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the furniture is of nice quality and fits together tastefully. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are two enormous pools (one of them was heated) and two hot tubs. Very easy access to the gorgeous beach and ocean. The resort is located just minutes from great restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor Boardwalk. All resort staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Problems with master bath. Sinks don’t drain well, toilet runs and shower handle is hard to turn on.

Our stay

Condo complex was very nice and secure from outsiders. Check in after hours is a little tricky. Unit was very clean upon arrival but a little dated. Not a single beach toy in unit so if you have kids you will need to bring your own. Would definitely stay in this complex again.

Relaxing fall at the beach

Overall pleased with the condo itself. We felt that the maintenance by the managing company was lacking. Several lightbulbs were out, the blinds in the master were very old and broken. The DVD player did not have an HDMI cable and after we provided one the picture was unwatchable. We did notify Compass re: the broken blinds and they were quick in responding and provided a bandaid fix for the blinds. Again, overall an enjoyable week and will stay at Silver Beach Towers again, but probably not this specific unit.

The Perfect Getaway!

I have vacationed in Destin multiple times, but this was our first time staying at Silver Beach Towers and it was most definitely not our last!!!! The condo is beautiful and the view of the beach was magnificent!! Will definitely be back again soon!

This condo was exactly as described & pictured. We had a totally relaxing time here. We loved it so much, we are in the process of booking again for 2015. The views are beautiful from here. Our entire experience for this condo from booking to departure was flawless, you couldn't ask for better. Felt very safe & secure here on grounds as well as out & about in Destin.

Awesome Beachfront Condo!!

Our family of 4 vacationed here for a whole week, and everything was FABULOUS!! Awesome beach view as you enter the condo, sit on the balcony, or as you look out of the sliding glass doors in both rooms! 2 fantastic pools, 2 hot tubs, beach spray off, walkway to beach, reserved umbrellas and beach chairs, not to mention the covered parking, gated entrance, cool lobby, as well as great accessibility to everything inviting in Destin! We were blown away and super pleased with this Destin Condo!! Superb! Highly recommended!! :)
