The place was perfect for us! Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. The rooms were large and well laid out. Communication was excellent. It was close to Clemson and a 2 minute drive to my son’s apartment at the Grandmark. My wife did a great job of finding this place for us to stay and I appreciate it and her so much!
This house was perfect for our family and within walking distance of the Clemson campus. The house was clean and quaint with a nice quiet outdoor patio. It was close to everything at Clemson and downtown was only a 15 min walk. George was very responsive and flexible with our schedule which was amazing given we were driving from 9 hours away. There were also multiple keys which was great when we were going in different directions! The only issue we had was there were no shower amenities so we had to go to Publix to buy shampoo and soap for both showers. Also happy we brought a hair dryer. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!
The house was perfect for our family trip to see a Clemson football game. It was a perfect location for walking to and from the stadium. The house had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to bring our dog.
This was a perfect house for our needs. We assembled all the flowers for my daughter’s wedding, and we had all the space we needed. Great beds and bedrooms. Nice bathrooms and a great kitchen.

It was a great experience overall and very well kept!
This spacious home was just want I was looking for. Host knowledgeable, kitchen well equipped and loved the personal college memorabilia. Will definitely stay again if I get the chance!
Very warm and welcoming. Enjoyed looking at all the decorations in the house. Extremely convenient to our needs and places to eat. Our dogs loved the very large yard although we had to watch them closely because a section of the fence was down and open to neighbors' yard. We had a great time and would stay again if in the neighborhood.
This home was immaculate! It was very inviting with everything that we could possibly need. Comfortable beds with reading lights ( love that). The property is very private and has a trail right on site. We loved the fire pit and outside space. The photos are exactly as it is.There are many things to do nearby.
Very nice house. Beautiful surroundings. Quiet neighborhood. Great location. Very comfortable accommodations. Overall wonderful stay! We found it very relaxing after driving from NH for a high school graduation held at nearby Clemson's Littlejohn Colosseum.
The property was welcoming and spacious. The location was great .... very near Clemson and close to Pendleton. There were a number of good restaurants nearby. We tried Mac's Diner and loved it, excellent cheeseburgers! The home was in a quiet neighborhood, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well stocked ... dishes, silverware & cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a K-cup coffee makee with a nice supply of K-cups. We also appreciated being able to bring our well-behaved dogs.
We were in town for our daughter's graduation. Great house as advertised. Lots of room.

This property was loaded with fleas. My wife and I were bitten repeatedly on our arms, legs, and torso, so badly that we checked the bed for bed bugs. Instead, we found live earwigs (pincher bugs) underneath the fitted sheet, in the bed where we were sleeping. The property itself is cute, and the owner was very nice initially. Unfortunately, that changed after I brought these issues to her attention, including the strong smell of cat urine in the bathroom. It smelled so bad that I had to put the bath mat outside because I couldn't tolerate the odor.I photographed our bites and researched them online, and they were consistent with flea bites. What is especially concerning is that there were two new tubes of Calendula gel left on the kitchen counter for us when we arrived, which makes me wonder if the host was already aware of a flea problem. Thankfully, our dogs were already protected.I did reach out to the host before posting this review, but she never responded. Given what happened, I believe we deserve a full refund. We were covered in bites, and everything we brought into the property had to be washed because of the flea infestation. This was the very first stop of our month-long vacation, making it an especially upsetting experience. The worst part is that the bites are still appearing, and flea bites can continue to show up for days after exposure. This was a serious cleanliness and sanitation issue that should have been addressed before guests were allowed to stay.
