I am originally from San Clemente Ca and moved to Lake Havasu in 2005. I love living here because of the vast amounts of activities you can enjoy. Boating , paddle boarding, and jet skiing in the summer. Razor riding and hiking in the winter makes this a place for people that love outdoor activities. We also have a plethora of events year round . You will love Lake Havasu for your weekend or vacation.
Why they chose this property
This is a great neighborhood. It is close to the center of town where there are places to eat, drink, dance or shop.
What makes this property unique
This has a beautiful backyard and plenty of parking for a boat or RV on the side. It has a deep garage and it also has a sauna in the backyard. We only accept full month rentals in the winter. So all of January all of February etc..no midmonth rentals January -March
