This home has stunning main channel views, ample sleeping space, tons of outdoor space, a large hot tub and a large dock with boat & PWC slips. The 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and multi-level deck provide plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and relax. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and is furnished with a gas stove and stainless appliances. The main living area features a beautiful two - story stone gas fireplace and soaring vaulted ceilings framing a wall of windows facing the water. The main level also houses the primary bedroom which features an en-suite bath with jacuzzi soaking tub and an additional bedroom with a double bed. The lower level provides 2 more bedrooms, a bunk room, an additional living area and another full bathroom. This home is designed for lake living and great memories. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy our beautiful lake! ***Disclaimer *** The property has 4 security cameras that monitor the driveway parking areas, and side walkways of the home. They are motion activated. There are NO cameras monitoring the lakefront side of the home, the decks or hot tub area.

I grew up in Kansas City and Lake of the Ozarks. I graduated from Camdenton High School, and my husband and I moved back to the lake after attending school at Mizzou. We love the lake and spend most of our free time boating, hanging out on the dock, or checking out all of the wonderful places the lake has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Sunrise Beach is known as the west side of the lake, and also the "quieter" side. We love that the area is less crowded than Osage Beach, but you are still close to all of the waterfront restaurants.
What makes this property unique
This home is beautifully designed and has plenty of space. The home is perfect for entertaining, and has room for everyone to spread out and relax.
