Thoroughly enjoyed the location and the pool. Family joined and having the second king size bed was a blessing! Made daily jaunts to the beach and was able to sleep comfortably every night. Would stay again if opportunity presents.

Our favorite place to rent

Loved our vacation again this year. This home is our favorite and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Close to the beaches, great pool and perfect setting to enjoy family time.

Terrific

House was extremely nice, beds were very comfortable, but the best part had to be the pool. Two-year-old learned to swim and loved swimming with her grandpa.Grill was dirty but hopefully we left it cleaner than when we first got there.All in all, we had a very good time.Thanks for letting us rent this great vacation home

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in this large house with perfect set up for our extended family! The location was great 3 minutes to our favorite beach. The house needs some updating. The outside furniture was pretty warn and the dog hair on one of the outdoor lounge should’ve been cleaned. Also some of the towels were stained. But there were many good things with this house.

Glows: proximity to the beach, spacious accommodations, lawn maintenance was timely and appropriate.Grows: pool deck and lanai need to be pressure washed and the cushion covers need to be replaced. A garage door opener would be useful, and toilets didn't flush well.

I am very sorry you only gave three stars. The owner and I strive for five stars If there was anything you needed you could have asked Mike. We do not leave garage remotes for shorter stays as they end up staying in rental cars I was there today and pool area looked nice, pool sparkling blue. There are a couple of foot stools that should be taken away as now seen better days but Mike felt the extra patio furniture is still nice The interior of the home is very well taken care and if either of us knew anything about toilets sure he would have taken care of Thank you!

Very Nice

Pro: Very nice home. Beds comfortable, plenty of room for family. All good but best was the pool. Two-year-old Granddaughter learned to swim and loved swimming with her grandpa every day. Definitely a great addition to this home. Con: Grill was dirty. Hopefully my son left it cleaner that it was when we came Overall: Very nice accommodations

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect vacation home for our family! The rooms, the pool, we rarely left ! The area where the grill sits was perfect. We recommend for all families or friends gathering!

Perfect, quiet, well equipped!

Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, children) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. Two minute drive to the beach, quiet neighbourhood for morning walks, lovely pool and patio. Everything we needed was provided.

Nice location and very spacious house with plenty of parking for multiple families.

We really enjoyed our stay. Within minutes to Manasota beach, close to Venice Beach and shopping areas. The only downfall was that the pool heater did not seem to be working properly. It was somewhat cold while we were there (60's-70's) and heat in the pool would have been nice. Other than that, I would recommend this property to anyone.

We loved the house! Planty of room feels very holy!

We loved everything about the house, planty of room for the hole family! Few thing may help if there will be more toilet paper and kitchen garbidge bags. But other then that we LOVE the stay! It was worth a drive from CA. Hope one day to return!
