Another FUNTASTIC VACAY this year!

We did everything; swim, beach, boating, jet ski, tiki bars, and the house was perfect for our big family reunion! This house had everything you need, cooking utensils, plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, big beautiful pool and even a pool table for extra fun. Being close to the beach is a giant plus and having Lesley and Doreen as our rental agents was the cherry on top!!! Going on 10 years renting from TMI and we come back every year. WE LOVED OUR VACAY!

Perfect location

We just got back from our wonderful family vacation. This house was perfect for our family, the kids enjoyed the pool every day and going to the beach to look for shells and build sand castles! In the evening we all played pool and darts out in the garage. It was very nice to be able to sit in the lanai and enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening.

Fun & Games

Clean, well kept property with open floor plan and high ceilings. Highlight of the stay was definitely playing pool and darts with the family. Great bonding time together. The beach is easy to get to. Probably a little too far to walk there, but it’s a quick drive with sufficient, free parking. Hostess was quick to respond to any questions. Definitely recommend!

Perfect house in a perfect location

My wife and I spent just over 4 weeks in this lovely house, escaping England’s dreary, dismal weather. We read a lot, swam and walked twice a day, often bumping into the friendly local dog walkers. But really, we just enjoyed being in and around the house, having a nice break after a long winter. The property was perfect, nicely furnished, in a great location and the heated pool was always very tempting. We used the BBQ a lot and often ate outside when the nights were warm and humid. We have used TMI many times and Lesley there has always been very helpful.

Everything about this house and booking were perfect. Lesley made everything so easy as far as checking in and making sure all was good with the house. The house is absolutely beautiful. We had a party of 7 and the house provided plenty of room for all. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the pool and pool table. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. This house and area became our new favorite vacation spot. We definitely will try to book this house again in the future. We had a hard time leaving because we loved it so much!

Gorgeous Home

The home was just as described. It was clean and very modern. A bit of a walk to the beach but not bad at all. Beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were provided giving a nice touch of convenience. Everything worked well in the house, we had 7 people and it was plenty big enough to accommodate us. Check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely stay there again. Keep in mind this is not a tourist area so there aren’t a lot of beach shops or activities for kids. However. it is very conveniently located to travel to Siesta Key, Venice Beach, and Anna Maria Island. It also not far from Tampa!

Wedding Week Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our needs! It had all the space plus more to keep everyone comfortable. The pool was a huge hit for the younger kiddos. The house is indeed beautiful and the location is private. Everything functioned as it was supposed to (except the grill). Our only issues - absolutely no way was it properly cleaned/disinfected. The floor definitely wasn't cleaned and there were way too many cobwebs. The house is in desperate need of new furniture in the living areas and it needs some updating. We had to replace the valve on the grill so we could use it (our gift to future guests). But, all in all my family had a nice place to stay for my destination wedding and were all very pleased!

Quiet and Comfortable

We loved our stay at this beautiful spacious pool home. We really needed to get away for a long weekend. This home was clean and comfortable. We relaxed in the pool, grilled food, played darts and pool. We also went to 2 nearby beaches. Communication with the owner was easy and she is very responsive. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there were plenty of beds for everyone with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Just the perfect quiet getaway!!!
