Southern Three Palms – Where the beach is 250 steps away, the bike path runs beside you, and two King suites plus two living spaces make gathering effortless

This family and pet-friendly property features an open floor plan on the 1st floor, making it a great gathering space for entertaining. The centrally located kitchen has a large island breakfast bar, stainless appliances and granite countertops. The bright living and dining spaces offer views of the sparkling Gulf waters through multiple windows and a large, flat screen TV*. The home utilizes streaming TVs. Stream your favorite apps! Local channels, Prime, and YouTube TV included. The convenient half bath can be found just past the stairwell. To top it off, have fun in our dedicated game area with board games, game table and wall mounted Ms. PAC MAN game console! The game area can also double as an office workspace.

The 1st floor also includes a King master suite with a tile shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. On the top floor, you'll find a 2nd King master suite with a garden tub and walk-in shower, along with access to a covered deck overlooking the nearby bike path. Two additional bedrooms, a laundry area, and den with Queen sleeper sofa, TV, coffee station, beverage refrigerator and Xbox S with 2 controllers and Xbox game pass access, complete this floor.

Relax and sunbathe at the private pool, accessible from any level via the exterior staircase, or unwind in the shade of the large, covered carport with picnic table. Additional outdoor amenities include a fish cleaning sink, outdoor shower and kettle grill. Pool heat is available for a weekly fee of $400 when outside temps get cooler.

Beach access is a short stroll along the bike path to the nearest cross street, but the convenient location in the Gulf Beaches neighborhood, also places you just a couple of miles from restaurants and shopping.

Of course, don't forget FIDO! Up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less, allowed with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

This place was amazing! I hate to give it such a high rating just because it may make it harder for us to book next time. This place was perfect for our family with plenty of space. Everything was clean and all the furniture was comfortable, even the beds. Whenever we come back, this will be our go to house.

It was very well stocked in the kitchen with appliances and cookware. It has everything you could want to prepare and cook meals. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy (some beds were soft others were firm). The bathrooms were spacious and showers had good water pressure and were super clean. It was a very short walk to the public beach access. The pool was nice and serviced 2 times a week. Plenty of chairs around the pool for everyone. The views from the upper levels were great of the ocean. Being located on the bike trail was awesome for walking and riding our bikes.

The house is beautiful, and one of the first things we noticed was that the listing photos are completely accurate and up to date — what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.The entire house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it truly had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at the house, there were beach towels provided, and having a washer and dryer was such a great perk. There were even two Keurig machines, which was especially nice with a group!The pool was clean and very well maintained, but one of our favorite parts of the house was definitely the back balconies and the ocean view. It was the perfect place to sit, relax, and watch the water. We actually watched dolphins from the balconies several times during our stay!The beach access was incredibly convenient. It was only about a 5-minute walk or a 1-minute golf cart ride — literally one house to the right and one block back. We rented a golf cart for the week and would highly recommend doing the same. It made going back and forth to the beach so easy and helped keep all of the sand out of our vehicles.The beach itself was wonderful — extremely clean, peaceful, and never crowded while we were there. We found tons of shells, and the ocean was mostly calm during our stay.Everything about the house made our vacation easy and comfortable. It was clean, beautifully maintained, well stocked, close to the beach, and had an incredible view. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a 5-star stay! 🌴🐚🌊

The big table was perfect for a puzzle when the weather kept us inside one day. The home was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The porches on the house are a little small, and the furniture on the deck off the kitchen is worn out. But, overall, we loved the house and would definitely return.

Very roomy. Loved the size of the kitchen and living area for our family. Rat droppings were on the griddle. The outdoor furniture on the deck was in poor condition. Cushions on the chairs were ripped and stuffing hanging out. Needed some TLC. Window in the living room leaked during a rain storm. Outdoor grill was small. Not enough seating around pool. Bedrooms were nice size and comfortable. Not enough towels supplied. Had to wash every day.

The property is spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed in a vacation rental home. We appreciated the two living areas a great deal. The beds, were very comfortable! The private swimming pool was great and was cleaned twice the week we were there. The beach is a short walk from the house and as always not crowded….because it’s St. George Island! The management company was VERY responsive to any questions and needs that arose during our stay. For example the lawn service company cut the cable line and John from the management company came within 10 minutes with a Verizon internet box so we could watch tv until the cable company repaired the break the next day. We have rented properties for vacations for years and this was an outstanding customer service experience!
