Beautiful Home in Ft Myers Beach.

Fabulous modern home with flat screen smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room, New King size bed, mattress, 2 night stands and dresser in the master bedroom with his and hers closets, new Queen size bed, mattress, night stand and dresser in the guest bedroom, a well equipped kitchen, screened in Lanai with privacy screens to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail, in-home laundry and his and her bicycles. This will be your best vacation ever!! This beautiful home is located in Sun Resorts and Residences Fort Myers Beach, formally known as Indian Creek, an upscale - access controlled entry community within 3 miles of Fort Myers Beach. A 15 minute bicycle ride to the beach or hop on the Lee Tram (nominal fee) at the convenient kiosk located at the front of our park. We are located very close to pickleball and tennis courts. There is a monthly newsletter provided to give updates on activities in the park. We have 2 beautiful pools in the park for your enjoyment. We have access to all amenities, including billiards, hot tub, darts, etc., at the adjoining park Sun Resorts & Residences, Gate way to Sanibel (formerly known as Siesta Bay) There is so much to do even before you reach the beach like numerous fishing charters, dinner cruises, pontoon boat rentals, mini golf, deep sea fishing, Key West Express and every dining style you could crave. There are numerous shopping boutiques as well as big name stores, lots of thrift and antique stores for treasure hunting.
Why go & sit in a house on a residential street, looking at each other, wondering what to do, when you can have all this at your disposal everyday.

On September 28/2022, our home, our community and Fort Myers Beach were nearly destroyed by Hurricane Ian. We were determined to rebuild our home and stayed strong throughout the process. The Town of Fort Myers Beach has come together to rebuild and renew the area, attempting to surpass what it was. The pier, which was the heart of Times Square is gone but the beautiful sunsets continue. It may not be the Fort Myers Beach you remember but you can still create new memories.

This place was exactly as advertised. Good folks to deal with and close to the beach. The home is well stocked with everything you need. We have stayed other places where the extras that were provided were worn or missing. The beach supplies provided were of good quality and in excellent condition. Fairly new bikes and nice golf cart to get around the complex. Would stay here again if traveling to the Fort Meyers beach area.

A very quiet, quaint and cozy mobile for rest and refreshment, plenty to enjoy if you’re up to it!

A very nice, clean and comfy "like home" environment. The activities in the park gives you lots to do and but there is even more to enjoy within minutes of this home. Close to cruises, beaches, nature, golf and malls. When we had down time, we enjoyed the BBQ, bikes and the satellite TV. The temperature was an average of 27 degrees, so we ventured out and loved Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and Salty Sams Sunset Cruise. (Only some 7 minutes away from this place.) The Sanibel Outlet Mall is a great afternoon of shopping. The sunflower café across from Wal-Mart is worth a lazy morning out for breakfast. We have been going to Orlando and Tampa for many years. This vacation was by far the best stay we had as a winter retreat from the Great White North and the home we stayed at had a lot to do with our enjoyment. Time flew by, we only scratched the surface of what there is to see and enjoy. Mike and Kelly are very friendly gracious and accommodating hosts. Worth every penny and more...thx again! SB and JB

Girls Getaway - Cindy & Kim

We really enjoyed the house and location. The location and amenities couldn’t have been better. So close to many beaches and all the islands. Being off season we could reach any of them in approximately 15-30 minutes. We enjoyed the golf cart and cruising around the neighborhood getting lost and finding ourselves in the exact same place we were multiple times. The park is very peaceful, huge and has friendly residents. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch as it’s where we spent most of our time. We would highly recommend this place for someone looking to be close to beaches or just hanging out at the resort pools or spa.The owners and property managers are very easy to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely return in the future.

This manufactured home was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the screened lanai. Also not many include a golf cart but this one did. Pretty much anything you needed was there. Only issue is as with any technology, don't rely on the internet. Was so happy, tried to book next year but was told next 2 years have already been. Another thing not to rely on. We would recommend staying here.

Perfect place!

Mike and Kelly’s place was beautiful in a lovely “village” with everything a person could need to enjoy and participate in all of the activities offered in the Fort Myers area, they even had Bingo daubers! I spent a total of two weeks and would have loved to have stayed longer. We loved our evening drives around the community in the provided golf cart, everyone was so friendly and helpful when we were lost. Everything you could possibly need was within a mile of the house. I really hope to go back at some point, it looks like the house is fully booked for the next year but I will keep trying.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

This vacation has been one of the best experiences we have ever encountered on our many trips. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The home was absolutely beautiful with every need met. The owners, Mike and Kelly, were extremely easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. The location was ideal. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The amenities of the property were great. We made good use of the pool, the exercise room and toured the entire complex in the provided golf cart. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and hope some day to make a return visit. It will exceed all your expectations!!!!

Great Adventure

This was our 1st experience in a RV Park and it far surpassed our expectations! Clean, comfortable, cozy and fully supplied. So much more than we anticipated but more than we hoped, that's what thus property was! Thanks to the hosts who were the best ever ! The area and amenities here are some of the best we have ever seen in our travels and we are sure you will agree after spending some time here. Why they chose this property

We have travelled all over and have visited every bit of Florida's shoreline. We also did extensive homework on the weather patterns and years of average temperatures, before we decided to purchase. Once we found Sun Resorts and Residences and all that this community has to offer it was a very easy decision for us to purchase a home here, we just had to wait until the right one came along. Once you see all the pictures we have provides we are sure you will agree this home is stunning.

What makes this property unique

When we purchased this home it had several upgraded features. After Hurricane Ian, we carried through the repair process as if this was going to be our forever home. A unique feature is the colored stamped concrete driveway and walkways. We take pride in our garden as well, which helps give the home a sparkling appearance as you drive up.
