Great location. Great instructions. Had everything me and my family needed to enjoy our stay! Very clean and really appreciated the extra entertainment like the foosball table, stocked container of sports equipment to enjoy the nearby courts, and board games!

This house is located in the private Mitiwanga community. Mitiwanga offers a private beach which is just a short 150 foot walk from the property. Also basketball, tennis, and volleyball court are situated in the center of the park.

What makes this property unique

This house provides lake views without paying for lake views. Situated behind an open lot, you can see the beauty of lake erie from multiple different rooms- the dining room, the back porch, the master bedroom, even the bathroom. If you want to experience the lake you are just a 150 foot walk to the Mitiwanga private beach. This house has just recently undergone a cosmetic renovation so everything is pretty much new. The house is 1900 sq. ft. not including the front porch/bar area and the back porch. A lot of different areas and rooms to have fun in!
