Very clean camper. Location is great and close to everything. Sara, the host was available for any needs and close by. Would stay here again when in the area.
This was just as nice as pictured. The camper was clean and had everything we needed. The location was very good -close to town yet it felt like we were deep in the woods. Our host was very responsive. We had no problems and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone. If we are back this way we would gladly stay here again
Property was clean and nice, beds were comfortable. We did run out of water but property owners were fairly quick to fix it.

Again we are sorry for the inconvenience with the water. Generally the 40 gallons last for two days and then we refill on the second day. We will be adjusting our practice with larger groups to handle this daily. Thank you again for your patience.
Everything was super easy and absolutely fabulous. We had no issues with check-in and the rental was very stocked with basic necessities! It was exactly what we needed for my family of five!
Sara is a wonderful host who went above making sure we simply relaxed and enjoyed the camping experience! We were greeted with welcoming treats we enjoyed with coffee. The camper had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The bed and pillows are very comfortable! A great camp feel all around! Thank you so much, Sara, for allowing us to have this experience!!!
I was very surprised at many aspects of this place. For a “camper it was very spacious, comfortable & Clean. It was in the woods, quiet, but near town and accessible to so many places-restaurants, shopping, hiking, fishing, etc. Communication with the host was excellent and everything we could need was there. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds in the morning before leaving and also in the evening. I would recommend this place and the host to anyone considering a stay in the Grayling area. My son and I used it as our home base for fishing excursions to the branches of the Au Sable and Manistee Rivers, to the restaurants and fly shops. Thanks Sara and Matt for the nice surprise. As I said, I wasn’t quite sure of what to expect, but it was a great experience.
RV had everything you could have asked for!
Nice location made you feel like you were away camping in the woods, but with the town and neighbors/house not that far away. We thoroughly enjoyed.
We rented Sara's place for a friend and he really loved the quiet and peacefulness of the location. The accommodations were clean and had everything he needed. He was very happy with his stay. Sara was wonderful to communicate with, always getting back with me quickly. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Grayling.
We absolutely love this place. The host is the best! Every time we come to grayling we will definitely book same place again. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable experience. Very quiet and peaceful.
We would and will recommend this cozy, quiet, and very convenient place to stay to everyone!

Michael and his wife were very friendly and respectful of our property! We will love to have them again!
My Wife and I had a very nice relaxing weekend as we were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Sarah was a great host. Communication with her was very easy, the place was super clean and had everything we needed. Exceptional all the way around. We will definitely be booking this property again. Also recommending to family and friends.
We chose to stay here due to it being centrally located to many lakes and rivers and we love kayaking. It was also a good opportunity to experience camping as seniors. LOL
It was acceptionally clean and the attention to detail was incredible. I cannot say enough good things about this little retreat and I would HIGHLY recommend it. MUCH better than a hotel.

Thank you so much Shelley! We look forward to hosting you again!
Stayed here two nights to search for our own cabin. The camper is spotless, well furnished with everything you could possibly need. Everything is like new. The outdoor space is wonderful. Location is close to everything yet very private and quiet. Host/Owner live next door but its still very private, They are close if you need them. Fire pit with very nice outdoor chairs. They also put out an outdoor rug and table for our convenience under the awning. We will for sure be repeat renters. It did not disappoint!

Laurie and Mike were great guests! We would love to have them back any time!
Just an awesome place to stay. The grounds are beautiful, it’s so peaceful and quiet, and the hosts know how to host. The RV is stocked with everything you need and things you didn’t realize you did need… Like anti itch bug bite cream! If you’ve never stayed in an RV, their directions are clear and well marked. It felt more like a tiny home than RV.
Hosts were super nice and offered to spot our truck for us if we floated the river. Helped us navigate how to turn the oven on when we couldn’t figure it out. They were great.
We’ve stayed in a lot of house/home rentals and this is by far one of the best ones. Our litmus test on rentals is if they have good knives in the kitchen to cook with… they had great knives! I know it is sort of silly but a good knife goes a long way!
My husband and I live on the property and wanted to be able to bless others with our beautiful area. We enjoy camping and hope that you do too. We want to create a getaway where u can relax.
Why they chose this property
We love our area because we are in a wooded area, but close to town.
