Storm impact doors and windows throughout and located 4 minutes drive to the beach and downtown Delray Beach. Every bedroom features lots of natural light and and and walk in closet; laundry room located on the second story.

I chose to live in Delray Beach because it is close enough to my parents and far enough away that they won't pop in unannounced. LOL... But truly I love Delray Beach for it forward thinking, restaurants and beaches. You'll dine at some of the best restaurants in the state here in Delray Beach, FL.

What makes this property unique

There is nothing else like it. Centrally located and totally state of the art. When you are inside the home you sort of transfer to a zen-like place. Less than 1 miles from downtown Delray Beach and from the actual beach, so you get the best of both worlds. The neighbors are fantastic and you are a stones throw away from any store you could think of.
