Kokomo #105 is the sweet jewel box of an oceanfront cottage you've been looking for. Note that this property is available for weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday all year. The sun-soaked front deck offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean with a private walkway over the dunes to an uncrowded, pristine beach. This home is seated on a deep lot, far off the main road with plenty of parking. Kokomo was just remodeled in 2024 and now offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a new crows' nest to the top deck offering sprawling views of the ocean! The lower deck is covered and features a picnic table for outdoor dining under the shade and plenty of additional seating for guests looking to soak up some sun!

Guests will enter the house into the newly remodeled open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. A traditional coffee maker and toaster oven are provided as well as plenty of seating and room to cook meals and enjoy mealtime together. The living room has comfortable seating, beach front deck access, and a Smart TV.

The Master Suite is located off the kitchen and offers a king-sized bed, sitting area with TV, and a luxurious ensuite master bathroom with a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and queen-sized futon, closet, and TV. This bedroom will use the hall bathroom that features a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed, closet, and TV, and ensuite bathroom with oversized rain showerhead!

For entertainment there are smart TVs in the bedrooms and the living room to log into your favorite channels. The Wi-Fi is strong and able to handle all your portable device and streaming needs. There is a full sized washer and dryer available for guest use as well.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.

Maximum Occupancy is 6. There are three king-sized beds and a queen-sized futon. A full linen package is provided for bed occupancy (6) is included. There is an outdoor shower area for washing off sand after a fun day at the beach.
