It is lovely and in a great location. The house was spotless and well kept as were the grounds and the swimming pool. The location was perfect a 1/2 hour walk from old town antibes and from Juan le Pins and especially from amazing restaurants such as Mirae and Amarine. The next fact did not make a real difference in the overall enjoyment of our stay but when it is listed as air conditioned it is the bedrooms only whereas the main floor was not but who stays indoors when the terrace and pool were beautiful. Value was excellent
