Brand new apartment, right off of the main road that runs through Lake City! The apartment *IS* located up 1 flight of stairs.

The apartment has 2 queen beds & two twin bunk beds, one with a full-size bed. There is also a queen pull out bed in the living room couch for additional sleeping space. The linen closet is stocked with additional linens, pillows, and towels.

The apartment is only a short drive to restaurants, baseball, softball, and soccer fields, the Blanche Hotel, breweries, and many different fresh springs! Take a day trip down the Itchetucknee river, which stays 72 degrees year-round, and boasts a multitude of wildlife. You can also go out to one of the many other springs like Rum Island, Poe Springs, Ginnie Springs, Blue Springs, Royal Springs, and more!

Great place for 6!

This worked out great for us! Five adults and a child. Quiet Area. Apartment was clean, comfy and spacious, we did not feel crowded. Had everything you needed. Will stay there again.

Loved how cozy it was. Utensils and kitchen necessities were available. Wifi was a plus and the beds were very comfortable. The host was great. Always responded to any questions i asked. Great location. My favorite restaurant nearby. Overall great place.

Wonderful property

This apartment was the perfect spot as a home base for our daughter’s softball tournament. We had teenagers and grandparents with us with enough space for all. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need and was so clean and organized! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We will definitely be back if we are ever in the area!

Trail Race weekend

Property was very clean and accommodating for our group of 6. Location was quiet but close to restaurants and stores. The home was stocked well with paper products, laundry/cleaning supplies and linens. Beds were comfortable. Had basic kitchen supplies and coffee/spices. Encountered slight problem with front door knob the first evening but maintenance came and fixed immediately. Would stay here again and would recommend this property to others.
